Teach girls it’s okay to not want kids. Or even like them. That they can be functional people without being a mother. That deciding into their 30s they want kids isnt bad and they’re not “too old.” Teach girls that they don’t have to sell their youth to kids. Because motherhood isn’t for everyone. And we need to stop acting like it is.

No matter how fucked up you think you are don’t push people away when they say they want you. Genuinely wanting you means they’ll take every piece of you, good or bad. Even the bad in you will make them love you more, just don’t treat them like shit. It’s true that sometimes people aren’t up for the “challenge” but when you take the chance and that ends up being the right person its the best feeling in the world. Don’t push people away.
