This is wonderful but also very unusual amount of touching for a grown man from the USA. The last time someone touched Grace like this was his last girlfriend. And girlfriends means dating so A + B = Simon is trying to get in his pants?! Maybe not... Simon's from a different culture. Meanwhile Grace is freaking out. He's trying his hardest not to look at the arm because if he does he'll throw up. The man is covered in something dry and dark and crusty and it smells like blood. Grace tries to hold his head still so he wont crack it open in his thrashing, which has the side effect of getting the man's attention. Oh no. The man is staring at him. Grace says something he hoped will make him understand theyre trying to help. Grace moves some hair thats crusted into the congealed mess on his face so the guy can see better. Oh ho ho nope! The dude has two mouths. Okay so humanoid not human. Grace has not shut up but the sound of his voice seems to be working because the man has calmed down some. Ok Grace can do this. Whats keeping a alien patient calm compared to everything Grace has been through in the last few years? He can do this. The dude is staring up at him in awe now. The smell makes him want to vomit so bad
