I hate how often my first clue of being sick is having the kind of tired that makes me go "man, I wish I was sick so I'd have an excuse to not do anything" and then I won't believe any latter symptoms because surely I'm imagining and/or faking it because I want to be sick. Illness-related impostor syndrome.
