i find it so funny that one of the only websites that's still normal is ao3. like. i can log in to ao3 without needing to go to my email and verify it and then solve a 7-step captcha and sell my soul to the devil. i can read ao3 without it being slow as fuck because ten thousand video ads are playing and the little x button is so small i open one hundred tabs for some car website. i can just fucking read. literally the only thing i have to click is the terms of service thing which is only if im a guest which BY THE WAY i don't have to create an account to read OR EVEN GIVE KUDOS AND COMMENT. maybe all the good fics are on ao3 because it's not shitty and doesnt force you to watch ads every 2 pages coughs wattpad. maybe ao3 is still up despite not having ads because people actually like good websites and are willing to donate money for a good free product. is that thought so crazy? is that so INSANE?
