Okay, so, if almond water is as healthy as the backrooms describe it to be, I have one question:

Almond Water is your main source of hydration and mental stability in The Backrooms. It has a little nutritional value, is very hydrating, and it can help cure you of certain diseases.

Almond Water can come in many forms! Some levels have plenty of it, such as Level 4. It can come in plastic, metal, or glass bottles or even cartons. Typically these are unlabeled, such as the one in the picture, however its possible that a bottle has a label.

The way to identify almond water is through smell and taste. It has a faint smell of vanilla and rose water, and it tastes slightly like almond butter. If it doesn’t smell or taste like this than stay away from it, theres not many safe liquids in The Backrooms (it could also be Cashew Water, which isn’t safe but appears similar)

Almond Water can be used to neutralize the harmful effects of certain hostile entities. It can also be used to maintain your health. Almond Water is confirmed to stop progression of The Disease and can stop someone from becoming a Wretch. It can help maintain your focus when facing certain entities, and can be used to tame Deathmoths and Jerry.

When finding Almond Water, an easy sign is that there’s several people in the area. It can be found on many levels, especially Level 4, but is otherwise found on Level 10, Level 11, Level 18, and Level 29. It can also be obtained through trading with other wanders.

If allergic to almonds and such, theres also Lucky O’ Milk, but thats harder to obtain. So that sucks T-T
