"Well...I'll do my best."

Claire quirked a brow and gave him a smile.  “Oh?  So you’re visiting him then?”

James nodded, "Yeah, taking him out to lunch. You know the whole thing."

"I can't. There's someone here that needs me. I can't just up and leave Arthur cause SHIELD got their panties in a wad."

"Have you seen my laptop anywhere?....I swear if Gwaine touched it he's gonna meet the unhappy end up my knife."

"Obviously."

"And what do you suggest I do to lay low then? Pack up and leave?"

 "I'm already doing that which is why being on SHIELD's radar worries me so much."

"Obviously."

          “Yeah well sorry to burst your bubble mate but you won’t be getting any information out of me. So run along back to this ‘Odessa’ person you keep mentioning.” Alex shook his head ever so slightly. “Besides, as if I’d ever actually give you information. It’s a bit naive of your employer to think that you’d be able to get anything out of me.”

"Hence the reason why I'm angry. He didn't tell me he was sending me after you." He rolled his eyes, "To be honest, had I known he was being that idiotic I would have killed him on the spot."

"I dunno, just walking around I guess," she replied with a shrug.  "You work here?"

He shook his head and ran a hand through his hair, "No, um, my boyfriend is a student."

"James Easton," Chuck muttered. "Must say that I like the Easton part but would much better prefer your first name to still be Bryce, but I can get used to James."

James shrugged, letting out a light chuckle. "My parents wanted to name me after a king of Britain. Besides, people at MI-6  used to mistake me for their favorite."

"Neither seems necessarily favorable."

"And that is what? SHIELD takes me out?"

"Of course Bryce isn’t your real name," Chuck muttered. "Well what is your name, so I can stop calling you Bryce Larkin all of the time."

"I was undercover for MI-6...Only thing not real about Bryce save accent and parents." He shrugged, "It's James, James Easton."

"Obviously not, seeing as if I am here. One of our own ‘sensed’ you..Or something like that."

"Sensed me? So SHIELD's got druids in it's mix. Great to know."

"I assumed I was doing a pretty good job of that myself. How'd SHIELD find me exactly?"
