Putting the tree topper up together

The both of you loved putting up the tree together

Usually he worked on one thing and you on the other

For Ex: you you hang the ornaments and he strings the popcorn

It’s always a team effort for separate jobs so the both of you get done faster and can take in the masterpiece of a tree you two brought together before heading off to bed.

However you both always wanted to add the finishing touch , the big finish that ties the whole tree together because that makes or breaks the tree

The final decoration. The tree topper that went at the very top of the tree. Whether and angel or star or a porcelain ornament one of you wanted to do this honors

You two often playfully bickered about who did more work on the tree thus proving who should put the topper on.

“It took forever to string this popcorn around the tree”

“Yeah but who’s been making sure these ornaments are hung perfectly ? Me”

You even tried to settle it over Rock Paper Scissors and you won much to your delight and Hongjoong’s because even if he wanted to put the big finish on the tree, you were the big finish already for him

Spending this special holiday with you tied it together for him but you didn’t want to leave him out so you both got on either side of the ladder taking the decorations in one of each of your hands on both sides and gently setting it on the very top of the tree

Baking Christmas goodies together

Yum yum yum Christmas treats

The smell of different ingredients mixing for a sweet and savory scent making your stomach rumble

The sight of your boyfriend focused on the instructions written on the back of the box

You really did love this time of year and so did he because on this day it was non stop baking.

Christmas cookies with sprinkles or red and green even white

Butter cookies

Sugar cookies , brownies, funnel cakes and tarts they were all there for your delight in the end even if it all took a few tries

You and Hwa taste tested the baked goods together talking about your excitement for the up and coming holiday

Kissing each other’s frosted faces and all while trying to clean as you went it was so much fun and just a light moment

You both experimented with different combinations of desserts to make the ultimate Christmas treat

Hyped on sugar and the energy radiating off of each other there was nothing that could be better.

The warmth of the oven and Seonghwa’s arms around you as you baked away the day was overwhelmingly lovely and you literally wished it wouldn’t end

Ice skating together

But that is what made it fun

The both of you trying to keep the other one up and laughs that made the cold air hardly noticeable

It was all so much fun and one of you would eventually get the hang of but until then you both looked like a baby dear straightening it’s legs for the first time

Making gingerbread houses together

It’s a battle at first to see who can make the ultimate gingerbread home

“Do we even have enough gram crackers and gingerbread to make this a three story house?”

“ We have to we have a big gingerbread family to house here”

Little skittles and gumdrops everywhere along with Reese’s cups and other candy were all over the table

You guys exchanged conversation reminiscing and making plans for the future together

Things that could be stressful in a normal setting to talk about was just enjoyable conversation in this moment with Yeosang

You both tossed candy at each other plopping pieces in your mouths and sometimes each other’s

You guys got so happy seeing how your gingerbread houses were coming along

Though you both tried to sabotage each other’s yummy Homes made of sweets it was all in good fun

Just enjoying each other’s company and this activity you shared every year now

This alone is what made it Christmas time for you both, not trees or presents but gingerbread

But then again Yeosang was all you needed to make the holiday bright and you for him

ugly Christmas sweaters together

“ooh this one lights up” San grinned looking at the sweater displayed in the store window

“ it looks itchy though”

You guys looked in different places for matching sweaters but not just any sweaters , Christmas sweaters, ugly ones

Now what was Ironic was the the fact that despite you both purposely looking for hideous sweaters to wear both of you thought the other couldn’t look hideous if they tried

No matter what you wore

You guys made it a fashion show trying on different sweaters and exaggeratedly strutting In front of each other looking like crazy people

You guys gave no attention to judging on lookers if they were comfortable making a fool of themselves with someone they loved they’d be just like you but oh well

You guys decided on some sweaters that had fringes on the shoulders and lit up with a funny Christmas pun

You couldn’t decide who’s was worse because you actually thought that San looked good and he thought the same of you

Had you two failed at ugly Christmas sweaters ? Certainly not

You both just made everything look good and couldn’t help it

It was the effort that counted anyway along with the fun you had in each other’s company

Watching Christmas movies together

Such a simple thing right?

It was but it was just a bit more special with Mingi

Having someone to share you’re favorite Christmas classics with

Introducing one another to movies that you might not had seen or heard of or discovering new ones together

“Ever seen ‘Grandma got run over by a reindeer’ ?” Mingi shook his head but you loved how he was immediately willing to watch

The movies were great but you’d often drift to the moment itself just the two of you with the warmth of each other and a movie to fit the season

It was just so comforting and you hadn’t had any moments like this with anyone to your knowledge in fact neither of you had

It mad it all the more special and gave more reason to make this a tradition for every year to come

It really meant that the two of you would have more of these moments together

How you could not look forward to that?

More holidays or days at all with Mingi would be a thought to lift your spirits in any moment

Being each other’s Secret Santa together

You guys both knew you’d be each other’s secret Santa

Duh it was only the two of you participating because you wanted a tradition together

You’d do most of your Christmas shopping together but would split for about thirty minutes in different parts of wherever you were shopping for gifts so that you both could find a secret Santa gift for the other

You guys wanted to be more meaningful than expensive with gifts or at least you did , wooyoung was very indecisive on what to get you as he thought you’d love everything he looked at

Truthfully you’d be fine with just a nice mug if that’s what he decided to gift you because all year round Wooyoung was giving to you

It was just that he was willing to even do this with you that made everything else not matter so much

“ On a scale of one to ten how much do you think you’re going to love the gift I picked out for you?”

“There is no scale because I know I’ll absolutely love it “

Wooyoung always loved the holidays but that went up 20x because of you he loved that you appreciated whatever it was he got you no matter how little it cost

It was never about gifts with you just the fact that he considered you and vise versa

Taking Christmas photos together

New year, new picture for Christmas

You guys thought it’d be fun to just take a picture together with Santa one time

But then the idea grew because you liked how joyful you two looked and so Jongho suggested that you do it again in the next year to come on Christmas

From that moment forward it was set that you two would take a Christmas photo together

It represented spending the whole year together and would be a memory of how many you shared as they passed

You guys did photo shoots to make a booklet and even had mini prints for picture ornaments to hang up on your tree

Truly the cutest thing ever

You guys wore matching elf sweaters once and that became yours and his favorite photo so you kept it in a pretty frame that sat in the living room area for both of your homes

Jongho even got you a globe with a picture you two took on Christmas and of made you smile from ear to ear

A picture for every Christmas you spent together wasn’t such a bad idea because the memories lasted into the next year and so on

The air was masked with a mild mist and The roads only became lighter with the headlights at the front of Yunho’s car that was camouflage under the heavily dark sky masked with a few stars. He was on his way home but it wasn’t an easy ride because he’d only been in a previously hostile situation less than an hour ago.

Things went left with a trade on weapons and when the other end of the deal tried to run out with not only the weapons being traded but the ones Yunho provided on behalf of his own facility as well, things went way past south than he had intended and carnage was done . Of course Victory and over all success of a deal came with a few scars in his field of work but it didn’t make it easier to come home. See if Yunho was his old self with only himself to consider and care about he’d just patch himself with some hissing alcohol and a few wrap bandages and call it a day though it wasn’t that simple anymore.

Yunho has other feelings to consider when he came home bruised now , yours , his significant other and the one who he knew cared about him more than anyone else in his life outside of his team. His mind was thumping with anticipation of how you’d respond to his current bodily state. Turning the steering wheel too hard when he hit a curve in the road made him groan due to the large slightly opened wound he’d gotten from coming into contact with a sharp blade handled by a wild armed assailant that brushed him quite good in his opinion but- still couldn’t bring him down.

His knuckles burned with scrapes from blocking weapons and using his hands as one and gripping the steering wheel too tightly made them uncomfortable but he’d find himself doing so often because his nerves were getting to him.

What would you say to him?

He’d find out soon enough as the roads became more familiar and he had now entered his secluded privately gated community where you two shared a home. Pulling into his driveway after confirming his identity to the guarded security. He shut off the car pursing his lips together and inhaling deeply before releasing it and pulling himself out of the vehicle with struggle due to his injuries. He had a mild limp going on as well but managed to get to the door and successfully let himself into your shared home. He sat his keys in the little bowl sitting on the shelf by the door and rolled his shoulders back trying to release some tension from his muscles , he’d been through it tonight.

Just then he’d seen the light coming from the living room area become shaded by a shadow in the hall that was just before you entered that area of your home and he knew it was you right away.

He was stiffened in his movement not wanting to meet your eyes but he had to allow himself to meet them because even if they showed disappointment and disapproval they still were his favorite set of orbs he’d ever come across. Low and behold they showed something but it wasn’t what he’d initially expected no, your eyes held concern and anxiousness as you steadily studied his body , the red and purple bruising under his eye , the bruised knuckles , swollen jaw and it was all so much. It hurt to see.

You only had to see it and he had to endure it oh your poor baby. Your feet carried you over to him faster than your mind really registered and Yunho was ready for a scolding from you. You didn’t give one however you just carefully touched his puffed out jaw, he leaned into your touch as much as he could with out pain and gave a side ways smile. You brought him so much contentment.

“Why do you torture yourself like this?” You mumbled softly but with a voice filled with concern. Yunho let out a silent chuckle at your question. “Put myself through torture or you, I know you hate seeing me like this.” You gave him a deflated look dropping your hand from his face giving away the feeling of warmth and soothing that Yunho had once felt moments ago.

You walked away knowing he’d follow you as you went and sat on the couch. “You know it’s what I do.” He shrugged used to all the grime that came with his profession. “Well can you do it with less violence?” You knew very well that he couldn’t but questions like this you couldn’t help but ask sometimes because you loved him so much. Yunho sighed as he sat beside you with a hiss following , he put a shielding hand over his side slouching to the side slightly from the zip of pain he felt . You scooted closer to him rubbing his shoulder putting an aiding hand over his own that was on his wound.

“Baby, The people I deal with daily are not the kind of people you can do things Cordially with and without harm. Some are shady” Yunho said matter of factly. You just rolled your eyes at your boyfriend helping him take off his jacket and lifting up his shirt to reveal his badly shaped side you inhaled sharply at the sight , You bit your lip trying not to pout at what you were looking at. Seeing him like this all bruised was never easy and it wouldn’t get easier to see. You’d grown to be able to hide it better though like now.

“Get that first aid kit from out the drawer next to the couch please.” You said eyeing his bruise , Yunho appreciated your attentiveness to him and how you no longer said much when he came home this way but he wasn’t blind he knew exactly how you were feeling , that it pained you to see him like this and you in any pain at all whether it be mentally, physically or emotionally he didn’t like you in pain , he was sorry that he put you through this but it was what he’d done for a while now and he’d grown in power and a loyal team that was now family because of it, he wouldn’t leave it behind and in order to keep you both he made sure that he stayed dedicated to both by doing his part for his team and by making it home to you at the end of it all.

He hadn’t noticed you were done patching him up until you gently patted the now numb wound. “All better now.” Yunho could now fully turn to face you without any pain , he grabbed your hands in his realizing that you had patched his knuckles up too, you ghosted over those scratches without a notice to him you’d become his personal nurse. He smiled to himself before looking in your eyes and seeing they now were calm and just relieved with happiness that he was all better as a opposed to before.

“I love you so much , thank you for sticking with me with all these bumps and bruises,” With every word the proximity between the two of you had become closer and you hadn’t noticed right away but not an inch Of you minded at all. You wrapped your arms around the back of his neck caressing a bit of his hair. “It’s no problem” you whispered before bringing the Gap to a close for both your sets of lips to meet in a sweet harmonious kiss before pulling away.

”Besides I’d like to think you take most of the bumps and bruising in this relationship.” You joked causing Yunho’s smile to grow bigger “You definitely take some too dealing with me.”

“They’re worth it. It’s alright Yunho I manage because I love you.” You assured “We’ll ice that eye down tomorrow c’mon , let’s head to bed” you said getting up from your seat and reaching for Yunho’s hand gently lifting him to his feet you noticed his blooded stained shirt. That was already over one of his shoulders.

“Might as well take it off and throw it in the hamper , tomorrow is wash day.” You pointed to his shirt causing Yunho to look at himself and see what you were talking about. “Right, can’t go to bed bloody, I think I’ll shower first too.”

“Better be glad those are water proof bandages.” You playfully scolded. Yunho grinned giving you a kiss on your crown. “I love you so much. Head to bed and I’ll be there soon.” He sweetly said turning you to the hall where your shared bedroom resided. “Hurry up.”

You were dozing off when you felt the bed sink and the familiar presence of Yunho giving more warmth as he laid next to you. You turned to him getting comfortable while laying your head on his chest that was now bare after his shower giving off his signature scent with his body wash. You let your arm rest over his torso and his rested underneath your neck and around your shoulder rubbing soft circles on it as it was silent knowing the day was finally over now that you both were in bed.

Nothing was needed to be said both of your eyes were closed lifting into a nice sleep in one another’s embrace as your chests gently rose and fell. It was a hard day but so were many others for Yunho with what he did but they literally couldn’t hold a candle to the release of tension he felt when he came home to you.

As the oldest Enha member Heesung was familiar with taking care of others especially the younger members of the group, Though Jungwon was the leader , Heesung still took the lead in many things regarding the dorms like a father in his case would. Dating him meant you also took on a roll because these boys trusted you but yours was more so towards Heesung, whatever He did for the members you did for him as he often forgot to give himself just as much care and attention.

Heesung was busy cleaning up the table after the Member’s lunch had ended and you noticed he hadn’t cleaned himself up. You sat wondering and watching just to see if he notice the little sauce stain he still had on him well, you’d be happy to get it for him if he didn’t .

You got up from the seat you were in and stepped in front of Heesung as he was putting dishes into the sink that now was blocked by you. He gave you a questioning look. “I think you missed something.” You said with a gentle smile although Heesung instantly looked back at the table to see if that’s what you were talking about.

“Is there something on the floor?” He asked but you shook your head. You put your hands gently on either side of his face directing his vision to yours , usually he’d be excited about this action you were doing but this time he just was confused.

You took a napkin from his hand , Heesung watched your movements closely, you brought the napkin to the corner of his lips , dabbing and wiping softly until the stain was gone. You then replaced that napkin with your lips leaving a feather light kiss right where the stain had been. You looked at Heesung delighted at the privilege you had to be around this pretty boy.

“No stain on the floor. Just one on your mouth but it’s gone now.” You pinched his cheeks lightly making his head tilt from side to side , “You’re too cute.” You cooed. You winked leaving Heesung to go back to his previous task.

This guy was totally set on the idea that you were just trying to test him. Jay knew you loved to help and take care of those around you but it was plus ten with him, no problem at all , when his members weren’t around at least sure then he loved it but if they were? Definitely a no go.

Jay was laying his head on your lap as he scrolled through his phone and you were just running your hands through his hair very softly , it was amazing how soft it was, and the peaceful silence was lovely just the company of each other was good enough.

You studied your boyfriends features and to say he was gorgeously structured was an understatement. From his forehead to the bridge of his nose on down just taking in the beauty that was Park Jeongseong. Up and down you studied him and each time you noticed something different, this particular time you noticed an eye booger in the corner near his cornea you leaned closer and Jay felt you shift closer as he grew warmer from your touch and sudden closeness.

“I’m all for having you close but this is a very odd way to did it.” He snickered. You quietly smacked your lips at him as you slowly and carefully brought your Index finger to the corner of Jay’s eye sending him shooting up from laid back position on you.

“Do not do what I think you’re about to.” He warned turning to you but you acted innocent , you totally were doing towards his eye, “I was just picking your eyes lash.” You shrugged bringing a scoff from Jay’s lips. “Sure you were , Y/N you know I always want to get them myself.”

“Why?”

“To avoid an infection.” You lightly pouted at his answer “I just want to help you.” You stated, “Then tell me so I can get it , that’s helping me.” He responded

“Let me get it for you.”

“No.” Jay said as he laid back in his position on you opening his front camera and taking the eye booger out himself. Mr. independent.

“But you’re my baby.” You whined

“This baby can wipe his own eye boogers.”

Jake was never ever shy to take care of you and you weren’t shy to take care of him. It was sickening just how much you two cared for each other but you beat Jake at this even with how much he cared for you.

The two of you were having dinner together and ever so often you’d lean across the table and give his forehead a kiss , for a while Jake would give you puzzling look before looking around. Neither of you were shy about affection even in public but you usually spread it out however tonight you were laying it on thick as you from time to time would do.

“Why’s my forehead getting the most kisses tonight?” He smiled cheekily but genuinely curious. “It’s adorable I think it’s my favorite part of you.” You said reaching across to caress where you kissed on his forehead not too long ago. “You’re adorable.” You sighed.

Jake tried to hide his blush as he had his smile hiding behind his hand containing himself once more from your flattering. “There’s no comparing to you.” He said with a sweet smile.

You once more leaned across the table to give his forehead a kiss but this time Jake met you half way instead having your lips connect with his. You both pulled away grinning.

“Finally a real kiss.” He said satisfied.

Sunghoon was very reserved about affection but just when it weren’t you two he felt admired and appreciated entirely by you.

Each day you found something else to show attention to and he was Always wondered why you showed so much appreciation to the little things about him. Little un plucked pieces of his hair that would never lay, little freckles he had, his eyebrows and just rubbing your thumb across them.

Today it was his finger tips , you brought them to your own pushing them together as you sat together on the couch holding hands and watching tv just tangling and untangling your fingers from his, he was more focused on the actual tv that you were. “I love your fingers.” You hummed out of the blue. Sunghoon smiled to himself still focused on the television in front of you.

“Aw Your hands are so soft like a a babies skin, I just want to kiss every single one.”

Sunghoon laughed a bit “They’re just fingers, you have them too , y’know?” He sarcastically said in a playful tone. You nodded in agreement “But yours are just so cute.” You brought his fingers up to your lips giving each one a kiss. Sunghoon was taken aback but allowed you to continue til you were done.

“You like my fingers that much?” He questioned and you hummed in response “I like any part of you because they’re what make you whole.” You said matter of fact oh glancing up at him.

That response made Sunghoon’s lips flip into a smile , he brought your knuckles to his lips and kissed everyone one. “I feel the same way about you.” He said between the light kisses to your hand.

You always made sure to take care all the members of Enha when you were around especially Your boyfriend , Sunoo.

Niki, Sunoo and you were outside in the park near the dorms playing soccer together it was a fun and breezy day everyone was carefree and enjoying that time carelessly playing with one another. You were all trying different tricks with the soccer ball in which most Only Niki was really successful at unless you’re good at soccer sorry but it was all fun.

Sunoo was now attempting to balance the ball on his head which didn’t last long as it fell to the ground and rolled near his foot. Sunoo tried to get the ball to balance on his foot but lost his foot and fell to his knees accidentally colliding one of them with a small pebble, Sunoo hissed grasping his knee sitting on the ground You and Niki instantly ran over to his aid.

“Sunoo! what hit your knee?” You gasped gently moving his hand away and seeing that he scraped right through his sweatpants to the skin of his knee , “A rock.” He whined out in pain as Niki held his hand at his side to try and calm him , you examined him further on his arms and head seeing if anything else was wrong.

“My poor baby.” You said wiping the dirt from his knee and kissing near his wound repeatedly . Niki snickered to himself making Sunoo shoot him a glare. Sunoo looked back to you smiling a bit at how concerned you were “Y/N I promise , I’m fine, help me up?”

“Of course c’mon let’s get you up to the dorms so I can massage your knee and get you a band aid.” You declared as you and Niki helped him up heading back towards the dorm to care for the injured boy.

“I always tell you to take care of yourself , yes you’re the leader but you need care too, Wonnie.” You said soft get sternly to Jungwon who laid in bed with his hand wrapped in bandages due to him scolding his hand with hot water.

“I’m usually very careful, Y/N , you know that.” He said with puppy eyes at you. Sat next to him on his bed and putting your hand on his head to feel his temperature to see if anything else was going on with him. Jungwon laughed , “I’m not sick , I’m injured slightly that’s all.”

“You always want to be sure.” You then looked to his other hand that was still in good condition and smiled. “I’m just glad it wasn’t anything too major I would’ve felt terrible.” You mumbled as you brought your arms around Jungwon’s shoulders as he leaned up and into your embrace.

You caressed his cheek with one of your hands and used the other to gently caress his head you hummed the melody of your favorite song by Them and Jungwon let his eyes shut as he was in your embrace “I just want you in your best shape.” You whispered.

“I love that you care so much for me. I’m lucky.” Jungwon sighed in contentment at the feeling of your hands rubbing softly against his head and cheek. “Taking care of you is something I enjoy.” You responded lightly poking at his dimple as your eyes were now closed as well.

Your heart stung a little seeing the regretful and defeated look on Niki’s face as you carried the ice pack over to him. He reached for it but you quickly pulled away confusing him once he looks up at you. You simple put the cold object gently on his swollen ankle bone yourself.

His leg was elevated on a cushioned stool. You rubbed the other side of his bruised ankle in soothing circles to help him relax a little bit more. He rested his head against his seat letting out an annoyed huff.
