Do you know of any anonymous mental health type resources? I don't want to take anymore resources from the VA but I just need someone to talk to.
The Veterans Crisis Line is what first comes to mind.
My wife has just let me know of a few other resources.

Remember that the VA is there for us, these resources exist to be used, don’t fall behind on yourself because you don’t want to waste resources. You are important my greyfaced friend and you are worth more than a few government dollars for your state of mind. I hope that the VA or one of these resources can help.
