I choose me. It’s okay to put myself first when I need to.

I am more than any one part of myself. My appearance, my past, my mistakes – none of that defines me. Only I do.

It is not weakness to show vulnerability; it is strength.

It’s okay to not be okay. Furthermore, if I’m not okay now, I will be eventually.

Whether I’m not sure of the answers to my homework, what to do, or who I am, it’s alright to not know. I’m still learning and I’m doing just fine.

Making mistakes is a part of the learning process. I don’t have to be afraid of making them or of admitting when I do.

I’ll never know what I’m capable of until I try.

There is no such thing as perfect. Trying is enough.

Take pleasure in the little things: sunsets, rain, fuzzy blankets, signs of spring, etc. They are important.
