with the Fussy trait and I imagine he’s spoiled rotten given all the attention/constant gifts he’s gotten as a baby from the family.

Of course, the Dreamer family rushed over as soon as they got the call. To everyone’s surprise, Joslin was the first to introduce herself to the newest member of the family...

Joslin: OHMYGOSHOHMYGOSHOHMYGOSH!! You are SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Cute!!!! I’m gonna hug you and squeeze you and--

Iyanna: Is that Joslin Dreamer I see over there, dare I say it, gushing over her nephew?

Joslin: Wha- NO. [runs away from the crib] I was just saying hey, that’s all.

Later that night, Pamela went into labor and they welcomed their baby boy into the world...

Pamela was on her second or third bowl of yogurt parfait and feeling some kind of way about it...

Dorian: What’s wrong with you?

Pamela: *annoyed* Nothing’s wrong with me! It’s this damn yogurt!

Dorian: What’s wrong with it?

Pamela: [pouts] It’s delicious.

Dorian: And that’s a... bad thing?

Pamela: Of course it’s a bad thing! If it wasn’t so good, I wouldn’t be eating it and if I wasn’t eating it, I wouldn’t be gaining all this weight! Who made this anyway? It was your mom wasn’t it? I bet it was your mom. Always leaving all this good ass food around the house -- I hate it!

Dorian: Aww stop. You look beautiful and I think the round belly thing you got going on is kinda sexy.

Pamela: [blushes] Really?

Dorian: Yep.

Pamela: So... you’ll get me another bowl then?

Dorian: [smiles] I’ll get you two bowls.

Since she was working on repairing things with Yua, Pamela thought it would be nice to have her and Teulia over for dinner...

Dorian could sense Iyanna’s lack of happiness with the news of becoming a grandma so he made a little gift to hopefully cheer her up...

See, Iyanna, by all accounts, was and still is, a great mom so he knew that this lack of enthusiasm was likely about her having to face the reality of her being in her last stage of life and not at all about the baby. And just as he suspected, receiving that gift cheered her right up and reminded her of the joys of having kids and by extension -- grandkids.

Pamela, who was sitting close by, took advantage of this newfound -- hopefully permanent -- happiness, and extended an invitation to feel her grandchild’s little kicks.

While she was down there, Pamela slipped in a little pitch she had put together about her work dilemma -- and it worked! She could call her anytime she needed, that’s what Iyanna said!

With Iyanna Dreamer on her side, she would have that promotion in no time and she was ecstatic!

Some old college friends were in town and called Dorian up to see if he wanted to hang out...

He, in return, invited Pamela, who was less than thrilled about going. Not only were they heading to a bar when she couldn’t drink, they were going to see Tsuyoshi, which wouldn’t have been a problem -- if he wasn’t married to Yua, her roommate-turned-friend-turned-enemy.

With Dorian’s encouragement tho, she sat down with her, extending the olive branch to hopefully repair things with her one-time-friend. They have a long way to go but they’re on the right track.

Side note: In case you forgot (or didn’t realize) the thing that messed up their friendship is actually the fact the Yua and Dorian had a thing for a little while. I guess she felt like Yua knew how she felt about him and even tho they were on a “break” she should’ve respected that but she didn’t so there were problems.

Dorian and Pamela invited his family to lunch to share the big news...

Later that night just as a set of fireworks were randomly going off, Pamela got the diagnosis to her mystery illness in the form of a positive pregnancy test!

Turns out woohooing without protection really had its consequences... but ones she would gladly accept because being a mom was a role she hoped to have the pleasure of filling one day.

She struggled to keep the news to herself and practically blurted it out the minute Dorian got home, but his response, the smile on his face -- was everything she could’ve ever hoped for.

There were a lot of things Dorian may not have been clear on, at first anyway, but one thing he knew for sure, was that one day he wanted the opportunity to have the same kind of bond with his child that he had with his dad. Sharing this experience with the love of his life, just made it all the more meaningful.
