But when we make an effort to treat others and ourselves with a little extra patience and goodwill, we build stronger relationships and a more compassionate world. So here are some recommendations to help infuse a little extra kindness into your interactions this week:

Tip of the Week

Seek out everyday opportunities to be kind.

Consistency is key to making kindness a natural part of your interactions. And getting started is as simple as holding the door open for someone, leaving a nice note for your partner, or sending an encouraging text.
