Coach La Rosa,the gym ... is a strength and conditioning gym that incorporates group training sessions. The goal of the program at InVictus is to increase strength using a structured weightlifting program in a set pattern using squats, presses, deadlifts, and Olympic weightlifting. The conditioning workouts are kept short and intense and use a variety of movements to compliment the strength program. At InVictus we believe everyone should be strength training. By it's very nature, weightlifting is infinitely scalable to suit the needs of a first time trainee to an advanced trainee. To compliment the scalability of weight training, InVictus conditioning workouts are formatted so that a person at any level of fitness can scale the conditioning workout to their level of fitness. InVictus Center is for anyone who is willing to put in hard work and has relatively healthy joints and healthy back.
