Organize Your Home Day falls on January 14 this year, and just as the name suggests, it is the time to take stock of all the clutter that has been accumulating in your house. Donate what you can, responsibly discard what you can’t. Get your diary or digital organizer out and put together a plan to make your home cleaner, more spacious, and more beautiful. One of my biggest issues when it comes to keeping the house tidy is clothes (since we had a 6 people household now 7 😳) and papers (whether is mail, kids arts or old assignments). What’s scary about this pic I’m showing you which is my bedroom is that I started decluttering over the summer when I decided to change most of my decor to a shade of pink. I started with getting rid of clothing I no longer used and moved to the kids closet to get rid of things they no longer fit. But I was not done and today proof just that 😭 My goal was to clear some space to make room for the baby’s bed and we are transitioning our 2 yrs old into his toddler bed. But oh my the things you find when you move things. What’s crazy is back in December I kept saying “I have time the baby is not due til mid January” and tomorrow became today the baby was born and I’m still in a mess 🤦🏽♀️ anyway!!!! Depending on your personal preference, look up the tips and advice from your favorite home organizers, and make a note of the different systems you want to try out over the year. After all, home organizing is not a one-day event… trust me I KNOW 😭 #lifeofamom #bossbabe #newmom #newborn #momof5 #mixedfamily #mymklife #bossmomma #decluttering #laundry #homeorganizing #helpme (at Elkton, Maryland) https://www.instagram.com/p/CYuqgKmL7r0/?utm_medium=tumblr
