@moustachesploosh & @abz-j-harding I don’t know why this is what I’m coming back to on my dash, but uh... I’m not complaining.

Stephen frowned, his eyes widened a little in surprise at the woman’s request. “Wait, so you want me to…uhm…” The man could feel his face heating up at the idea. Had he heard her right? Instructing her in things within the learning of the mystic arts was one thing but teaching her about things like this was way different. He took a deep breath through his nose and stood up, approaching Clea from behind. He could feel his heart beat against the inside of his chest. “Okay so…” He slipped his arms around her waist from behind and gently held her close. “What I’m doing right now is what the big spoon does.” He tilted his head slightly and looked down to get a better look at her face. “If we were…laying down….I might put one of my arms up higher for you to rest your head on. Not sure how they do it in the Dark Dimension but here a lot of times couples would just fall asleep like this.“ 

            clea closed her eyes, trying to imagine the scene as stephen had described. try as she might to distance herself, she couldn’t help but imagine herself with stephen, in bed together. her cheeks warmed, leading her to abruptly break out of his embrace.

“Spooning…well it’s…like a hug but from behind. And the people who are doing the spooning are laying down.” Stephen began to explain, all of a sudden feeling a little awkward. “The big spoon would be the one on the outside and the little spoon is on the inside….wait, so you mean to tell me couples don’t spoon in the dark dimension?”
