After all these Artfight submissions I thought I should make something for myself. I've had this Dilophosaurus wetherilli design for a good long while. It is partially inspired by the chickens and the turkeys. I wanted to make something unique but realistic. Something is telling me that for such a large macropredator all this black might have pushed it too far. At least it looks cool! I made the crest half scale half keratin, though you can't see most of the keratin of it from this angle.

Without shading and it's bare lines.

Originally I planned for the pose to be more dynamic but then I soon came to realize with a Pterosaur's anatomy it would be really quite difficult.
