Just got to season 7 of ER. It's girl-kisser central over here

the more i think about it the more dissatisfied i am with the way kerry was written off ER. after her drunken confession to morris that she’s taken too much time away from hands-on medicine, the thing she was really passionate about in the first place, to get caught up in pointless administrative work, am i really to believe that she is demoted to attending and completely checks out, rather than rediscovering the things that are important to her? rather than finally managing to strike the balance between humanity and bureaucracy that she’s been struggling with for 12 seasons? especially after making several fantastic saves and a meaningful contribution to a displaced woman’s life, after so much time spent coasting, you’re telling me she accepts a position that involves practising even less medicine than chief of staff did? 😀 ok
