i was trying to beat the airbuster (hard mode) while i listened to my readings for class and i wiped twice, so i went to modify my equipment and holy shit my materia loadout was TRASH

like, i had two chakra materia on BARRETT. who didn't use chakra even once in the first two attempts i made at the fight. he also had synergy-ice which was such a dumb carryover from previous fights. i switched that to synergy-lightning and put element-lightning on both cloud and tifa's weapons, plus i remembered how to block the third time and finally beat it lmaoooo
