I am not talking about taking inspiration, I think taking INSPIRATION is perfectly fine! My problem is straight up copying the character.
What do I mean by that?
I’ve noticed a lot of people after the drama with forsaken wanted to escape the fandom. But they grew so attached they couldn’t let go of the literally ONLY 4 CHARACTERS THAT BELONG TO FORSAKEN!!! (MAJORITY of them aren’t ocs that you are free to make your own versions of that character) and they just slap on some knock off name, add a few things to the design, and only slightly change the lore. I’ve seen this A LOT with chance mainly. They don’t even try to chance their character..like guys this is my oC that’s NOT FORSAKEN, Possibility!!
Possibility is friends with Itrapped and they like to gamble! They have rich parents…and they even own their own family business!!!!!!1!1!1! Oh and heh…he’s sorta got ties with the mafia…especially the mob boss, mobby matcha!! Who’s sorta a bunny…heh..
You see what I’m getting at here?
A lot of people try to reason that they’re doing this bc the developers are terrible so that makes it okay to steal…sorry to burst your bubble but no matter how bad someone is STEALING ISNT THE ANSWER.
And then I see some of these ppl get offended when their knock off five below ass “ocs” get mistakes for forsaken…MOTHERFUCKER 😭😭🙏🙏
I’m not even saying forsaken isn’t completely innocent in this area either. I do think slasher is a little bit more original since they did change a lot in the design and lore to where it could be considered an oc, howeverrr it was still supposed to be a ripoff so they couldn’t get copyrighted. Also mafioso is a ripoff of squire and I’m a lil more upset abt this one bc dream game removed those skins from the game for a reason and forsaken’s solution is to just steal one of their characters basically 😭😭 once again I do acknowledge that there are quite a few differences between the characters nonetheless if we look at the context of the situation it just irks me the wrong way.
Just detach yourself from forsaken, I understand that’s really challenging for some people but if you don’t want to support those creators (at least until they get their shit together) then I suggest you just figure out other ways to get yourself out of the fandom. Not stealing. Stealing doesn’t make you any less guilty for consuming that media, in fact it makes you more guilty.
This is most likely the last time I will be talking about forsaken I’ve already expressed how much I hate that game and how much its poisoned certain parts in Roblox lore. When I was in the fandom I didn’t even like 50% of how the game was or written ngl it’s so stupid. (My screen time in that game is literally under a day I was such a LARP…) I just wanted to finally make this post bc I’ve been meaning to since even late last year. I just got really nervous if I would receive backlash for talking about this 🥹
common sense and yet I still see so many creators do this. Honestly that was why I was very nervous abt talking abt this bc of the amount of creators that do this, most of them having much larger platforms than me. I haven’t seen any back lash for this or anything so I thought if I were to make a post I would have literal armies coming after me. (Glad that’s not the case so far..)
yeah, I get it starting from fandoms like fsk for ocs but that’s just not the right foundation if you’re going to just. Like. Copying it entirely. Like we need to teach fandoms to use characters as references not free samples. At the same time it’s so hard for those types of fandoms to be decent in any way..

Old post I’m sure but please read Infinite Worlds. It’s a bit over or around 5 books, 1k pages total? And it’s very good I must say since I’ve been reading it lately. If you like Roblox-approved Roblox lore about 1x that isn’t just fandom slop, read this, it’s very cool.
An extremely simple breakdown of Roblox April Fools 2012. Easy to understand( I did some light edits :P )
The admin panel was hacked into by Olixx and Davedog( who at the time was using former moderator Leeav's account. Leaav and Dave were friends. ) They did this by breaking into Are92's account, who was an admin.
2. Davedog broke into ANOTHER admin account( Stealth Pilots alt ) and gave the admin panel to Olixx. Oh yeah they also broke into JJX5X5 or whatever his name was? Olixx in question unbanned Minish and Dignity, and would start impersonating Minish. Notably, she would start donating tons of robux and purchasing a bunch of things.
Key details: Minish was NOT the actual perpetrator behind April fools. Olixx was pretending to be her.
3. From here, Olixx gave the panel to McNoobster, who gave it to Pheedy, who gave it to Are17(Are92, the admin, and Are17 are diff people. Are200 was an alternare account of Are17. )
4. McNoobster basically used the panel to mess with the catalog. He released a lot of unreleased backlog items and made that infamous “:)“ face that Stickmasterluke wore. He did try to release his own items but it didn't work cuz he couldn't whitelist it.
He also posted various banner shouts, kinda bragging about hacking Roblox?
5. Pheedy used the admin panel to mess with accounts. He also used it to remove admin from all other accs.
Are17, according to himself( in his alt acc ), did NOT actually do much in the Admin panel.
6. It is notable that they didn't just hack into a few random admins—they hacked into several admins much which are notable like the Roblox AND Builderman accounts. Even reesemcblox was affected—and they made her say HORRIBLE shit in the forums.

Is this all just a summary of the source? I don’t have X. I’d also need to check but did Davedog have any other alts? I haven’t logged any firsthand interactions outside of forums maybe with them, but I don’t know if Davedog is on any forum posts with Are. Dunno if he was apart of StudioARE or had an Are alt, which would probably be likely but lost- forums would be good to search. Also yeah, Dave was lent Leeav’s account. Most admin accs aside from Pheedy and Are17 near the middle of the incident were deleted from the board. Finding out who drew the C: isn’t hard but I believe it might have been McNoob or another person involved that wasn’t Olixx. Pheedy, when he had admin, also gave perms/limiteds to qman1245. Mcnoob posted C: and it didn’t even fit on an avatar’s face- Luke was the only person who could buy it. That’s all I got to say but I do have more firsthand if people want them, I’m sure Dynabroth’s serv also has said more about this. Also Pheedy was in some correlation with Dignity.
I've been informed recently that the Roblox Corporation has asked archivists to take down the archives of old roblox blogs, hence breaking some of the links that may be featured in my old facts. I do not know if I will be able to recover such blogs as looking for specific ones is a pain in the ass. Luckily, the wayback machine has captured a lot of it but there MIGHT be some lost media.
No hate, but I wish artists who evolved from Forsaken or still are in the fandom would mention more figures from the 2000s golden age of ROBLOX. I mean, well, my favorite BBs (Sean, Milk) and people like NZ and M2. I mean, if you’re putting that much effort into surface-level infamous hackers because they were young and stupid and look cool and Team Gliza is this whole thing now (for some reason) then you should also bother trying to find out more about other players. Because all I’m seeing from either current or past Forsaken artists that are huge are just “here’s more art of iChance and Caleb244 and Vilicus and Lonelytree and Ellernate and the rest of Team Gliza and them doing [x] during May Madness!” If you’re researching and using archives THAT deep into these events, I mean, NO HARM IN LOOKING INTO LITERALLY ANY OTHER PLAYERS IN ROBLOX like Merely, Sirloin, Zethin (my GOAT) and like even people we still know now like Clockwork or Leeav back when they were still interning at ROBLOX. I’m not saying do more, I’m saying shift your energy to be more inclusive about the history of ROBLOX, and yeah sure you can make them Forsaken concepts or whatever or some toxic ship with Chance, but please please please I want to see more older player recognition.

I’ve been getting plenty of auditions so yall might be wondering why it hasn’t changed since when I really started promoting the VA auds. That’s because I set a deadline for auditions, May 28th, and I told myself I would cast anyone before that due date. May 29th will be when I announce the VA cast.
