Yesterday I listened to the album Dum Spiro Spero and... it's a work of fucking art. I think for me it's on the same level as Luna Sea's "Mother" It's so multifaceted, emotional and unique, I'm deeply impressed. The intro literally gives me chills every time I listen to it... Some songs brought me to tears – Lotus and Ruten no tou (especially the acoustic version, now it's one of my favorite Dir En Grey songs, along with Kodou, Vinushka and Akuro no oka) killed me emotionally. Rarely do any albums leave such a strong impression on me, and this one I'm definitely going to listen to again and again. Kyo's vocals are something fucking out of this world – it's like one person contains a terrifying, evil demon and an angel, and they alternate and complement each other fucking perfectly I adore Japanese musicians, their style, how they present themselves on stage, and I really like the sound of the Japanese language itself. They have so many fucking amazing bands that I swear I'll listen to until I die of old age (or smth else, lol). My emotions are overflowing, no irony 👍👍👍

I didn't plan on crying today, but here I am listening to Dir En Grey again
