After Clementine said she never thought she'd be able to get to go on a date ever, Louis replied with, "Really, never? Have you met you? End of the world or not, someone would've at least tried to sweep you off your feet." I THOUGHT THAT WAS SOOO SWEET AWWWW

It just occured to me

louis has never dated anyone yet he treats clementine like a queen, he reads teen magazines so he could understand dating & dates better so he could give clementine the bestest dates ever even in the middle of a goddamn zombie apocalypse, he worries about clem’s safety all the time and just wants her to be safe and sound, he got to know clementine as a person before making a move and when clem said she never thought she’d get on a real date he deadass said “really? have you met you?”, implying that he doesn’t mean her looks but her personality, he thinks she’s definitely worth “sweeping her off her feet” for and damn right she is, and y'all still here whining about how “he’s a fuckboy who just wants a quick bang from clementine”
