I have fully put my mental, physical and emotional health before anything else. I have been working on myself, and working towards my future goals. Are you putting harmful things in your body? Are you staying up late and not getting enough sleep? As soon as my feet hit the floor in the morning I am taking 2 vitamin capsules with a glass of water. These I feel In 10 minutes.
