I love date everything but I think it was a missed opportunity that these two didn't had an enemies to lovers storyline.

I think their something symbolic about the whole keyholders dressing as their key arcs. Cause we, as the readers, know Nox is fused with the villain key, so technically, he's double cosplaying in this arc. There is also something poetic about the wish granter ( Nox being a key) falling in love with Chase, who is highlighted with star motifs. We've seen Nox suffered granting wishes, and yet despite all those horrifics, he fell in love with a star, his star. For what is the night without its stars?

Buddy headcannons
I think Buddy would need a lot of vaccines in order to live in our world. I think Chase would fall asleep beside Buddy's hostipal bed.
I think Buddy would have nightmares from being a key and Chase will have to wake up to comfort him.
I think Buddy would have body dysmorphia but wouldn't know the correct term for it.
Buddy can't feel his heartbeat as a key so falling in love with Chase made him feel double heartache/ confusion .
Violet would braid Buddy hair somehow on his wedding day with Chase.
I can see Stargoth adopting kids at some point in their adult lives. I say adoption because given Buddy's past that seems more fitting versus surrogacy.
I can see Buddy growing to be a cat person, but he might have a fondness for smaller dogs because they remind him of Chase.
Listening to Queen would make Buddy cry.
I do think Stargoth has a lot in common with Solangelo beyond their physical appearance.
Both Nico and Buddy are chronologically older despite roughly being the same age as their partners mentally.
Both lost years with Nico losing years at the Lotus Casino versus Buddy who spent a hundred years asleep.
Both lost and regained siblings.
Both have dark backstories for belonging in "children" properties.

They both seemed to have been aware that they liked men at a young age.
Both were forced to grow up early with Will having to be the head of the Apollo Cabin due to the fact most his siblings well died.
Chase had to grow up as well due to his father's death and his mother's illnesss.
Both possibly have ADHD it's not confirmed for Chase but it's a high possibility.
