Fuck you for the complete bullshit feeling of finding out that you literally just wrote “hi” and expected that to communicate anything or resolve anything.

You say hi. You start with hi in a conversation. DMs and similar are conversation areas. This isn't even about emails and letters.

Stop using the word paralysis unless we actually mean paralysis

The root comes from the greek words para and lyein

para: (“beside”, “next to” but also in the sense of “similar to”, “false”, “resembling”)

lyein: to loosen/loose

ergo, "paralysis" just means “besides loss” or “next to loss“ as in “similar to loss” or “something like loss” or “abnormal loss” or “fake loss” (as in non permanent loss)

SO the “temporary loss” or “short term loss” of something

Which is extremely fitting for ADHD executive dysfunction because the whole “yesterday I/you could do it”- thing is one of the most frustrating parts/accusations of ADHD
