The former demon snorted “I don’t want to, Clara” he replied “I’m rather happy living my life in this place like I did before all of the drama and bullshit… I’m finally feeling… calm” 

“Drama and bullshit what drama and bullshit?” She said with her arms crossed.

Robin ran a hand through his hair “Oh for fuckssake, Clara, are you stupid?” he breathed, growing impatient “Everything that’s happened over the past few years everything”

"I wasn't here for the past few years. I haven't even been back for a year yet. It's not like I watched you 24/7 from heaven, they had me in training and stuff"

“What if they figure out what I was or search for my birth parents or if they take me to the hospital. I don’t belong with those people they wouldn’t understand what I’ve been through. You… You understand”

Robin snorted in response “Clara, do you remember how old we are? our families are dead” He replied, rubbing a hand over his tired features “I… I’m going to be living here a while longer, Clara… I don’t have a home” 

“Fine! Then I’ll just be some science experiment when they find out how old I really am” she snapped at the former demon “and I’ll be kept in some warehouse type place locked up”

Robin growled in response “I can’t leave, Clara! for fuckssake, I don’t have anywhere to go! I’m staying here, why can’t you get that? It’s not that I don’t want you, it’s I can’t look after you! I’m not capable!’ 

"Your not capable? You've been looking after me since I came back here! I thought you were going to move in with Nicholas or something"

Clara looked down “I ran away i want to stay with you Robin. You’re family, I don’t want to be with a bunch of strangers. I want to be with you” the police officer she was hiding behind came over to the pair. “Come on dear, let’s take you back home.” Clara finally looked up at Robin than at the officer “he’s family can’t he take me. He’s my brother and he’s old enough to care for me. I heard them saying the guardian had to be older eighteen he’s twenty-six. He can be my guardian”

The former demon sighed softly as he watched the scene before him, Clara had always been difficult “Clara, I don’t have anywhere to go…” he replied “where exactly do you expect me to ‘take care of you’?” 

“If they take me away I’ll never see you again Robin.” She leaned in close to the former demon and said something about the technology of the world, she could help him understand it. “Please Robin. I don’t want to go live with strangers what happens if they find out”

Robin let out a sigh, running a hand over his tired face “Clara… I don’t have anywhere to go” he replied quietly “I have nothing… I.. why would you want to come with me? I can’t look after you” 

"I don't want to lose you Robin. You've been looking after me ever since I got back. And Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten. And we're family Robin you and I. And we shouldn't leave each other cause we don't have anything"

Clara looked down “I ran away i want to stay with you Robin. You’re family, I don’t want to be with a bunch of strangers. I want to be with you” the police officer she was hiding behind came over to the pair. “Come on dear, let’s take you back home.” Clara finally looked up at Robin than at the officer “he’s family can’t he take me. Clara stared at the building as the police officer pulled up, he had tried to drop her off at the local orphanage but it was fill to the max. The young girl cried and fought the officer once again as he tried getting her out of the car. Clara had been living on the streets for some time before she was caught pick pocketing. The young girl screamed as she was brought to the asylum nothing was mentality or physically wrong with her. Once inside the building she hid behind the other officer who had been nice to her the whole time. (robin-thompson)

"Robin!" The young girl squealed and ran to him hugging him tightly. She began to cry, the last time she saw her older brother was before some nurses thought it would be a good idea to get the younger kids into the real world before they all went back home. Clara was left behind at the park and didn't know where she was or anything.

Jean chased after the social services people fighting off security only using human strength.“ Clara!” He called out as he was tackled by a guard.“ Let go of me!!” He screamed trying to claw his way out from under the heavy guards.

Clara screamed as security grabbed her the moment she freed herself “Uncle Jean” she yelled causing a scene hoping someone in the hospital would help her or her aunt and uncle who work at the hospital would end up hearing about the noise and come check it out if they were here of course and she wished one of them were. The young girl yelped when the guard touched her arm. “That hurt” Clara cried real tears falling down her face. She looked over at her uncle who was trying to claw his way from under the guards "Jean!" She cried as the security was dragging her away.

“Why a cat!” She said staring at Bruce than at Jean.

“ Cats are cuter…” Jean said innocently with a smile.“ And dogs smell funny…”

“That’s cause of what you are” she mumbled trying to ignore the stinging of the peroxide

Jean glared at her.“ Don’t get lippy with me missy or I will fly your butt to the hospital and leave you there alone.” He said tutting at her.“ Here let me get the gauze.”

"You're not touching me!" Clara said staring at him "and you're not taking me to the hospital either!"

The young girl tried to protest against him from cleaning the wound but she couldn’t pull her arm out of his grip before he started cleaning the wound he created “you don’t have to pour the whole damn bottle on it” she shrieked as it stung like crazy. At the sting of the peroxide she pulled her arm out of his firm grip.

Jean popped back to reality having daydreamed.“ CRAP! Sorry.” He said before re capping the bottle and giving her a cotton swab.“ Here dab it don’t rub or you’ll bleed more and… Yea.”

“Get away from me” Clara screamed as she dabbed at her arm with the cotton swab and than she grabbed a handful of cotton swabs and started dabbing some ore of the peroxide off her arm. She let out a scream as it started to burn and all she wanted to do was scratch it.

Jean put his hands to his sides and bit his lip.“ Maybe I should take you to the hospital.” He said shaking.“ I can say you tripped and fell while holding scissors…”

"No!!! You're not taking me to the hospital." She stuck her arm in his face "Scissors.... Scissors wouldn't do this Jean. No one would believe I fell and did this to myself"
