I finally decided to get my own website for my blog. I realize that social media can just delete or censor anything it wants at any time and I really want to have a place I can leave my thoughts forever. Having a tumblr was really just a blog for me. Cookie cutter
I was thinking about transparency the other day. The world is just looking for something real. I feel like it’s easier to just have religion and a set way of how you’re supposed to do things and what’s right and wrong and live your life in those boundaries. But it’s harder to trust cookie cutter people like that. Who may not know why they do the things they do other than that they were told it was right.
I feel like that’s why Jesus came to earth. He was real and holy but he didn’t necessarily do the “religious” things that you had to do back then. I feel like he gave a great example of knowing why you should do things a certain way. Why do we pray, why do we tithe, why do we have Sunday, who should we judge, what can we eat or drink. There’s rules and laws about all of this stuff, but if you just blindly follow them then your heart never understands the reason behind them. The fact that God wants a personal relationship with you and that if you reflect the description of love/God(1 cor 13:4-7, 1 John 4:7-12) you will enjoy life and God’s creation to the fullest.
Sometimes you gotta mix it up so that people ask why are you doing things the way you are. They don’t just lump you in with the batch of cookies that they’ve already made their mind up about.
I just don’t understand who someone can watch someone in paint and struggle and not offer to help.

This week is kinda a roller coaster. Dislocated my shoulder. Had my debit card info stolen. Had some good nights and some painful one. It’s been hard to sleep because of my shoulder. Trying to still get work done. Soooo excited to announce music stuff. Idk. Life’s just nuts.
Ugh I’m in a battle of spending time on bettering my life and pursuing my dream vs pursuing relationships and the idea of a girlfriend or wife. And don’t tell me I can have both. Sure it happens, but I’m not blind. I see how this stuff works. Relationships, or even just pursuing potential relationships takes a lot of time and effort. Which definitely can make life more full, but often leaves dreams behind.
I need to go adventure this week. Been working on music stuff too much.
