"It's absurd for people to think that Luka and Hyuna had sex!"
Wow, guys, it's absurd that fans are arguing about the lyrics of songs that are literally a CANONICAL source of information for Alien Stage lore.
Firstly, the sex theory never appeared as a serious discussion, but rather as a joke (which is how Luka being pregnant started, but then some fans simply went crazy with this headcanon).I personally don't think an intimate scene happened between them in the canonical universe (we're not talking about the actors' AU or an AU where they're married). But folks, so far there is evidence showing that this is not impossible.
The most obvious evidence of all is the lyrics of the song "Addicted," which fundamentally address Luka's carnal desire for Hyuna. But then you could argue that this only expresses Luka's lust, a desire that wasn't fulfilled for obvious reasons. And in sacred light, the phrase "we made love" could be merely a reference to the song "Love and Peace," or perhaps an attempt by Luka to understand what love is, since the central theme of the song is his incomprehension of this feeling.
Okay, in my view this just shows that for now the chances of sex actually happening are 50/50.
Another argument often used by passionate haters is that it makes no sense for Hyuna to have slept with the guy who killed her brother and reacted cluelessly about it. But this argument was demolished by the events of Wiege, in which Hyuna uses her last words to express her resentment and also her desire for Luka to forgive himself and live with love.
And to make things even clearer, we have the comic Rise and Walk, where it is literally SAID and SHOWN that she so desperately wants to be able to only hate Luka, but she CAN'T. In other words, love and hate are feelings that coexist within her.
It irritates me how haters play dumb by saying it's sick to see something sensual and romantic in that scene, when the characters' positions are exactly the same as Mizi and Sua's (and I haven't seen anyone saying they're sisters because they're positioned like that).
In the comic, Hyuna said in some point she pretended Hyun-woo was alive and continue her normal life. If she did, then her and Luka never broke apart after her brother death. So in scenario where Hyuna grow up along with Luka gaslight herself to see only the best of him, why they wouldn't have a romance?
Makes a lot of sense to me and explain why Luka never was desperate about her absence.
