Circle of Jerkz!

So let me tell y’all story about the “extra-scoop pre-workout mistake”.

A buddy of mine and myself were in the process of pulling an all-nighter……

After a long night of drinking and partying, a few of us had gone back to his place to play “Street Fighter 4”; a tradition that we had on-going for a bit by then. It was around 3:30 am when we knew we were on the verge of crashing! So we had a bright idea………..”LETS TAKE A PRE-WORKOUT!!!!” (1MR to be exact [original formula, not that new crap they try to sell])

So just like that, the scoops started dropping and the shakes started shaking…..

(Now, this were the “mistake”comes to play) I lean towards my buddy and say “Lets take…..2…MR!” (meaning two scoops; one over the recommended dose). So we did, and at first we were fine………

Come 7am, everyone is taking off to go home and crash till the night; except once I lay down (around 730-8am)……I realize my body is EXHAUSTED……but my eyes WON’T CLOSE!!!!

………..long story short, after being up for over 28 hours, we hit the gym for about another two hours. THEN, went to sleep, and nearly slept 20 hours……
