I've worked so hard to get the body I want and now when I was finally happy with it, I'm getting so many comments like "women can't have muscles" "abs on women are unattractive" "you'll never find a man if you keep gaining more muscle" "men won't like you if you're stronger than them" and it pisses me off so much but it's actually getting to me. I'm actually to the point of considering throwing away what I worked so damn hard on. Cause now I feel like I'm gross or something.
Look, in my personal opinion, muscle on women is super attractive, admirable, and above all else, sexy as fuck. Your efforts, your hard work and dedication should not be destroyed by people who think they're entitled to tell you what you're supposed to look like. Be proud of your accomplishments. Look at yourself in the mirror while stacking those plates, while lifting those dumbbells, while you wipe all of the sweat that's left your body after you just spend nearly an hour doing cardio, look at yourself and tell yourself that you are formidable. You, as a woman, who already has to go through so much, should be proud of yourself. You should empower what you've sculpted yourself to be and what you will even become more of in the future. Don't be discouraged by people who tell you that your physique, your muscles, your sexy gains, are unattractive. Because the reason you get up every morning, the reason you spend at least an hour busting your ass, the reason you diet, is the same reason that I and many MANY others are so inspired and so amazed by you.You are beautiful. Your muscles are beautiful. Love your body. Love yourself.
