I agree with some of it. Yeah, paparazzi get paid regardless if it's a hired pap shoot or not. That video isn't indicative if he was hired to photograph holivia or if he just got a nice check from the press. My guess is a combination but it's hard to tell because yes, if holivia goes out in public there's always the chance they'll be naturally spotted. And I know for a fact there were paps/press looking for Harry because I was asked if I knew where he was when I was in NYC. But I think the face masks make it difficult to tell, plus NYC is filled with millions of people so the pap must have been tipped off somehow to track Harry down. Organic celebrity sightings are more common in LA than in NYC.

Also, how do you feel about this? Does this make you want to cry?

Bestie, I don't have much knowledge of the legal part of stunts. I have more experience with content creation, public interaction, and even crisis management. But I know it's very common for stunts to have NDAs (sometimes more than one! I've already signed six!) and several other clauses that protect both sides. What I also know is very common in any employment contract, stunt or not, is that if one of the parties does something that attacks and/or damages the image of the other, they can terminate the contract without paying a fine. This is not uncommon, and it's also on my contract. If I go on my personal social media and say something bad, and people go out and say "oh, Ana from the agency ____ made this inappropriate joke", I'll get fired. 🙃
