Haunted (a demon August story)
Summary: A woman is asked to be a caretaker of a secluded rural house, but is she the only one there?
Pairings: Demon August and an unnamed OFC. It’s written in first person POV but there’s no name, age or description of body or race.
Word count: 4,300+
Warnings: Mentions of mental illnesses, suicide, abuse and death.
A/N: Some of y’all know that I’ve been dealing with a depressive episode this last week + and haven’t been able to write my normal fluff. But I realized I could write something darker, so this was born. This is very different from all of my other stories on here. If it’s not your cup of tea, I totally get passing it up. No hard feelings. This is an idea that I’ve had in my head for a while now and even though it’s not exactly as I had pictured it, it’s a version that feels therapeutic for me to have written.
