Albeit a bit surprised by Ja’far’s sudden advances, Kouha didn’t exactly protest to the idea of the other kissing him. It was a bit slobbery for his taste, but even still it made him happy. “… thanks, though I wonder if I’m really the person you wanna be kissing…”

Taking another swig of the drink, Ja’far turned to Kouha with a disappointed look on his face and responded with a whiny tone. “You areen’t? Then who isss...” He lied his head on the table and watched as he moved his cup around in a circular motion.

Shaking his head, Ja’far kept his grip on his king. “No, you don’t have to. It’s alright.” Part of himself felt helpless, if there was one thing Sinbad was good at, it was hiding his feelings and when he showed them his heart felt shattered, he could see Sinbad sad a million times and he’d feel truly terrible every time. Ja’far’s forehead touched Sinad’s chest, while his once tightened arms that were draped around Sinbad began to loosen. “I’m sorry.”

Another, bigger sip of wine was his first answer. “I shouldn’t hold on like this … I-It was fifteen years ago! I thought she’d be alright when I got home, I’d only be gone seven or eight days at the most, not two months.”
