Many people are so concerned with themselves that they believe their own feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and experiences are the only right ones. These people expect the world to cater to them, yet make no attempt to even understand the world around them.

We need a community of more empathetic, understanding, supportive, and patient people.

If I could teach anyone anything I’ve learned from my time studying social psychology, it’s the fundamental attribution error.

Look it up, learn a few things, and maybe change your view on the world and those around you.

I 100% stand by the concept that if everyone made the effort to truly understand each other, we would have a much healthier and happier community.

It starts with recognizing and taking accountability of our toxic and/or undesirable behaviors. Then it’s communicating the desire to change, followed by the support, understanding, and patience from those around us who want to help.
