      “i think we’re all a bit lucky it’s a nice night out,” rege said, to the one next to him getting food too. “not snowing or even raining, merlin knows what the weather may do here.” even before winter the weather had been a bit gloomier and on the rainy side, much like london, but almost more so in a way. “lucky for viewing the fireworks at least. i’m sure the view from windows would be enough, but i’m sure many will be crowded in front of them.”

“I’m looking for The Doctor,” Jenny mentioned to the front desk people before she was shaking her head. “No, not a doctor, The Doctor. He’s my dad.” The brunette sighed when they shook their head, the time lady was hoping that she’ll find her father, or that he’ll be waiting in all his pinstripe glory with Donna and Martha by his sides. Or even see at least one of the aforementioned names, as they might have a clue as to where he was, and at least they’ll be familiar faces to the young girl. “It’s fine, thank you for your time.” She gave them a small smile, before turning away from the desk, and crashing into someone as she did so.

clara  had  just  been  on  her  way  home  to  her  apartment  when  she  overheard  some  of  the  woman’s  words.  her  heartbeat  slightly  increased  at  the  hope  of  finding  someone  that  also  knew  the  doctor.  although,  this  girl  referred  to  the  doctor  as  her  dad,  which  both  confused  and  interested  her.  the  doctor  did  mention  having  children,  but  that  was  years  and  years  ago.  either  way,  she  smiled  to  the  other  as  she  gently  stepped  back  from  her.  ❛  are  you  alright  ?  hope  i  didn’t  damage  anything.  ❜  a  chuckle  escaped  her  lips.  ❛  i  heard  what  you  were  saying  to  the  receptionist.  sorry  for  eavesdropping.  are  you  looking  for  the  doctor  by  any  chance  ?  ❜

“i’m good at hiding” she joked, smiling widely at Lizzie. “Want to come dance with me then?”

clara  raised  her  brows  in  anticipation  for  what  the  other  was  going  to  say.  this  woman  clearly  had  also  been  there,  with  the  way  the  words  so  freely  fell  from  her  lips.  however,  there  was  something  far  too  familiar  in  the  way  that  she  held  herself.  clara  didn’t  recall  ever  meeting  her,  but  her  eccentric  traits  were  very  reminiscent  of  a  dear  friend.  ❛  you  know  me  ?  ❜  leaning  forward,  clara  couldn’t  help  but  listen  closely  to  every  word  that  she  said.  ❛  no  way.  ❜  it  had  clicked.  the  way  this  woman  dressed,  spoke,  her  mannerisms  ---  they  all  linked  back  to  one  person.  ❛  doctor  ?  ❜

Even if rajah was a large cat, jasmine really felt he was more like a oversized dog. Throwing the ball across the field, the sultana laughed as the tiger pounced upon it, stirring up the snow as he did. Long locks blew around her face in the wind as she watched him. She turned to the person next to her to speak. However, the words were cut short when rajah came bounding back towards her, knocking her to the ground only to be caught in his paws. “I’m fine. He’s just feeling playful, is all.”

ruby  had  seen  a  vast  amount  of  things  in  her  time.  death  eaters,  hexes,  life-threatening  duels,  but  a  pet  tiger  was  not  one  of  them.  it  amused  her.  the  idea  that  a  creature  with  the  capability  to  eat  you  in  a  second  could  be  tamed  ---  it  was  one  that  immediately  held  her  interest.  she  smirked  once  she  knew  that  the  woman  was  okay  after  the  tiger  literally  pounced  on  her.  ❛  playful  is  certainly  a  word  to  describe  him.  ❜  the  witch  held  out  her  hand  to  help  the  other  up.  ❛  it’s  intriguing.  ❜

“Ness?” Emmett called out when he smelt the familiar scent of his niece and followed it right to her, he was glad to see her because it meant that maybe the rest of their family was somewhere lurking about. “How’s my favorite niece? Your parents around as well?” He questioned, his protective side coming out as he walked closer to her, while gold hues scanned the crowd for a moment before flickering back to her. The brunette just wanted her to be safe, and he’ll make sure that she was until the day the world ends.

renesmee  turned  at  the  sound  of  her  name,  brows  raised  in  curiosity  as  she  observed  the  seemingly  unfamiliar  man.  she  had  never  met  him  before.  there  was  a  serious  amount  of  strange  happenings  in  woodshore,  but  being  referred  to  as  a  ‘favourite  niece’  by  a  random  guy,  now  that  was  odd.  she  smiled  awkwardly.  the  hybrid  had  no  idea  how  to  deal  with  a  situation  like  this.  ❛  um,  i’m  sorry,  but  what  do  you  mean  ?  i  have  no  idea  who  you  are.  ❜

“I’ll admit, i’ve never been to a party quite like this.”

“Isn’t it amazing?” Stephanie beamed, twirling to show off her dress. “I’ve never had so much fun.”

“Do you believe these promises? That they’ll come true?” Wendy questioned a frown present on youthful features, while blue hues glanced over at the other. It wasn’t that she wasn’t glad to have Tink and Peter with her here, but she thought that her brothers would be here as well like she was promised. “I mean, I haven’t found my brothers yet and I was promised them.” The eldest darling mumbled, while lightly biting at her lower lip with worry as a million what-ifs just flooded her mind.

❛  i’m  not  sure  about  anyone  else’s  promises,  but  mine  came  true.  ❜  ruby  replied  with  a  shrug  as  she  ate  a  spoonful  of  her  ice  cream.  ❛  they’ll  probably  end  up  in  town  one  way  or  another.  i’d  give  it  some  time  yet.  ❜  she  smiled  at  the  woman,  gently  patting  her  shoulder.  ❛  they’ll  turn  up.  brothers  always  do.  ❜

“thank you!” he chuckled with a grin plastered onto his lips. he was glad that someone understood where he was coming from with his choice of drink. he didn’t have his mother here to share his love for the delicious cinnamon so thankfully someone else got it. “i mean sometimes you just need that little bit to make it even tastier and just to ad a little fun to the everyday norm right?” reaching his hand out for a shake he nodded. “i’m henry by the way.”

there was something off about the young woman – she smelled wrong. not human, not vampire… and yet, somehow, just a little bit of both. jasper could hear the sound of her heart beating from across the room. his curiosity got the better of him, dark eyes staring at her for a long moment and standing unnaturally still as he did so. most humans would have found it unnerving but she seemed to be something else. something different than anything he’d ever encountered before. a few hesitant steps forward are taken in her direction, eyes staying on her. “pardon me,” he murmured.

woodshore  had  given  her  a  gift,  a  promise  that  meant  more  to  her  than  anything  else.  she  was  finally  fitting  in  ---  finding  her  own  place  in  all  of  this,  having  friends.  renesmee  believed  that  she  deserved  it  after  everything.  people  were  approaching  her,  too.  was  she  really  approachable  now  ?  it  seemed  so  when  the  man’s  voice  reached  her  ears.  the  hybrid  turned  and  looked  at  him.  he  didn’t  look  familiar,  yet  somehow  a  part  of  her  felt  that  she  knew  him.  ❛  um,  hey  there.  ❜
