i've compiled a Google Doc of [nearly] all the types of content you can expect to see on this blog! expect to see mostly content from the first two sections (original content and [mostly?] original AUs), though I may post art of the world crossover AUs either as a warm-up/cool-down or to satisfy a hyperfixation.

okay, hear me out: a Naruto x All the Stars and Teeth AU.
i don't know how or why my brain conjured this idea. i'm also only nine chapters in so i don't know how accurate it will be by the time i get to the end of the book, but i'm already invested in the idea.

if you don't know what All the Stars and Teeth is, it's a fantasy book written by Adalyn Grace (not to be confused for Addison Grace, the singer) and it's great so far; i would definitely recommend reading it.
i'm bad at summarizing things, so i'm just going to put the blurb of the book so i don't accidentally spoil anything major:
"As princess of the island kingdom Visidia, Amora Montara has spent her entire life training to be High Animancer -- the master of souls. The rest of the realm can choose their magic, but for Amora, it's never been a choice. To secure her place as heir to the throne, she must prove her master of the monarchy's dangerous soul magic.

i got the idea mostly because of the similarities between this cast and Team 7:
Amora harbors soul magic, a powerful, dangerous magic that comes from an ancient beast that her ancestor sealed within her bloodline that only the royal family of the kingdom can use and master
Naruto is the host of Kurama, a dangerous beast that grants powerful abilities if one can master him, as members of the Uzumaki family were entrusted with keeping Kurama sealed away as his jinchurikis
Bastian is from Zudoh, the sixth island in the kingdom which was banished from the kingdom and is now where the big bad is coming from, who's motivated by recovering his magic and stopping this force
Sasuke is part of the Uchiha Clan, which was detested by Konoha for fear of corruption and evil and were ultimately destroyed (mostly) in the Uchiha Massacre, though the big bad ended up coming from this clan and Sasuke is motivated by achieving enough power to avenge his clan (in whatever form this vengeance took)
Sakura is obviously talented in medical ninjutsu, having trained under the Sannin Tsunade, and mastered the 100 Healings technique, something only done by Tsunade before her, and is also incredibly stubborn, but works to help Naruto in any way (even by feigning getting over Sasuke so he wouldn't feel obligated to chase him for her)
that's all i've got at the moment (save for a few minor/given characters) but i'm interested to see how this AU might play out
been thinking a lot about modern fantasy stuff. like, all the magic and the adventure and the magical creatures and the tropes and races and all the same worldbuilding type stuff in regular fantasy stories but like. in a modern or semi-modern setting. i love to see the two genres clash and come together.
also been thinking about certain character dynamics, tropes, and relationships. thinking about one in particular that i'd love to explore.

i'm a sucker for vampires. i'm also a sucker for Mothica. needless to say, i took her using that tiktok filter well. if by well, we mean screaming about it. a lot.
i don't often attempt art of celebrities (mostly artists/bands) i like because i get too scared of messing it up, so needless to say, i was hella inspired. i think it turned out well enough to post.

hell yeah! a babey and probably my favorite character from TNP (though... notably only then). tbh i wished her hair came out fluffier in her apprentice version, but i made sure her warrior version had a long, fluffy ponytail. i also wanted to incorporate the white paw in a unique way, so i combined it with the little swirl i draw on every iteration of squilf, human or cat.
i also wanted to give her little claw-like blades as her primary weapon. just picturing her flailing her hands around in a panic.

cyberpunk warriors au designs: bramblepaw/brambleclaw/bramblestar

I had a bit of fun here. I wanted younger bramble (bramblepaw mostly) to resemble firestar a bit, since the whole thing w/ 1st arc bramble was him looking up to firestar rather than his father. idk why they threw that away in the latter half of TNP but w/ my brambleclaw design, you can see him starting to shift his style and look more like his father (who... i have yet to design) so brambleclaw looks almost like a mix and bramblestar bears the closest resemblance to his father.

the first of my designs for my cyberpunk au, which I'm hella excited to share! I've put a lot of thought into it so far, so most of what remains is to draw it lmao
for the most part, firestar's designs were mostly experimental. I was mostly using it to decide what I wanted the suits to look like. future designs will likely have variants for when the character gets older

so i've been working on a series of fantasy stories recently, and i've been making portraits for each major character.
and this is part one, one of the main squads (i've come to call them the Wanderlust Squad since the series is going to be called "Wanderlust.").
in order, we have:
Avani Brightseeker (born as Avani Dayheart, though she "cast off" her family name), a human
Andromeda Starfield, a half-human, half-fae
Vila Hallowsteel, a human and former arena champion
Lunhi "Lu" Heshar, the younger of the "Witch Sisters of Stormshire" (and Avani's girlfriend ;) )
and Findri "Fin" Heshar, the older of the "Witch Sisters of Stormshire" who doesn't tag along for adventures, but is still considered a part of the squad.
putting aside the hours-long amount of info i can infodump with these, i've got to say that a fantasy setting really makes me explore more clothing options than the same sweater and tank top that i draw my modern characters in lmao. Vila's armor just feels very fun to look at for me for whatever reason.
this blog is VERY likely to contain a ton of stuff for this series because i love to infodump about my own works and i have no one to infodump to irl so. this blog might have a ton of this for a while (though i do have an AU not related to this in mind that i may work on to take a break).
