I have finally finished this piece! Kai Hiwatari with his new look for the beyblade bar’s new merch!

I spent days figuring out a pose and as if that wasn’t enough, I also drew a background XD

I was trying to draw him with an outfit I saw on Pinterest, but in the end it became a redesign of Grev or something bwaha

So, with the new upcoming Grev merch I drew Kai with his new outfit!

It’s funny it took me exactly 4hrs to finish him (time lapse below)

Kai Hiwatari is the famous character of the legendary anime series Beyblade. Like so many of you, I'm also one of those 90s kids who grew up being highly obsessed with this show. And honestly I still am and I guess I always will be... KAI is my all time favorite beyblader! His destructive beyblade with the fierce bit-beast Dranzer and his cool yet fiery style never failed to mesmerize me. His cold stares, quiet strength left such a lasting impression on me. Anyone who watched this show would admit that there was something so magnetic about his presence, something that made him totally unforgettable. So after all these years I tried to recreate one of my childhood heroes in my own way.

I got a small comission request from someone on Discord and here’s the result, I think it turned out funny XD
