UPDATE! So this is me, 4 years ago. I stopped gaining soon after. I lost most of the weight over time without trying. Fast forward to november 2025 and the gainer bug bites again, and it hit harder. I was in maybe the best shape of my life and gained around 30 lbs in 2 months. Here's to more!
Nov. 2025 : around 150/155 lbs / Weighed in at 160 early december / Jan. 2026 : almost 180 lbs...
