3) Probably Isaac, a Malkavian who's the sire of one of the other party members and is pretending to be a Brujah. He's attempting a hostile takeover of the New York Brujah, but he made one fatal mistake, calling himself the "King of the Brujah" and tipping the rest of us off on the fact that he's... Not a member of the New York Brujah. He's also one of those overly familiar, overly touchy dudes who isn't used to hearing no. First time he saw Miles he said, "Isn't that [original sire]'s doll?"... Eugh...
15) Proooobably Osric. He's the international Tzimisce leader and one of the first six vampires in this setting (Dracula and his siblings). He seems to have good intentions, but I don't know if Miles should be putting his FULL trust in a vampire that ancient.
1) Lucien (who is actually a mage) is one of Miles' touchstones, which is going to turn out fiiiiiine when tragedy inevitably catches up to Lucien and Nathaniel, it'll be fineeee.
5) Whew, there's quite a few, but the one Miles is most ride or die for would definitely be Sariel León, who was made into his sire with Blood Magic Bullshit™. Also Sariel, despite being a Brujah, is talented in Blood Magic Bullshit™ and is somehow able to near-effortlessly weave blood sorcery with thinblood alchemy. (We do not play RAW but there's also a reason he's an SPC but not a backup character, lol.)

The only reason it wasn't any lower for Miles is because he keeps his relationships healthy, his sex RACK at all times, and just because he's committed crimes doesn't mean the evidence mysteriously goes missing before he can be convicted. (He's got Nathaniel to thank for that, lol.)

Miles: Who Can It Be Now? by Men at Work, not because it's an annoying song, but because he has a clip of it on his discord soundboard that he plays when anyone joins a call he's in.
Lucien: Animal I Have Become by Three Days Grace, the song reminds them of its AMV era and it makes it everyone else's problem, too. Again, another thing of the song itself isn't bad, it's just overplayed.
