One of the hardest lessons in life is letting go. Whether it's guilt, anger, love, lost or betrayal. Change is never easy. We fight to hold on and we fight to let go.

Once again I find myself utterly lost and isolated. I don’t know what to do; I don’t know where to go or who to turn to. No one seems to be there anymore. It’s as though they all have their backs to me and I am desperately trying to reach out but the more I try the further they become. Did I go wrong somewhere or is this how it is supposed to be? Am I to walk a path of seclusion and endure this, loneliness once again? Everything I thought I knew disappeared and nothing feels familiar anymore.
