It is so romantic to meander a road propelled by curiosity rather than just traveling the fastest route that gets us to where we are going. As our culture shifts and we listen to Siri tell us where to go instead of interpreting a map or following the freedom of our hearts, I honor the winding country road representative of adventure. As our landscape changes with our population increase, I honor the old country stores, mill towns, and shacks  with character that will be paved over and "cleaned up" in ten years.  You will see them as #stopshops in this Spring blog.  Hopefully, in my sharing, I will stir up your imagination and hunger your taste for wander.  And in it all, I will share my passion for the fashion-ease this traveling contentment births.

Perhaps you are like me.  Perhaps the weather has been on your mind a lot as we peek out the morning door looking for the approach of the Spring sun.  Put your smile 'cuz Spring comes sudden and I can feel it near.  It's raining here tonight but soon we will be using our umbrellas to protect us from radiant beams from above.  This calls for kisses.

Winter is melting into spring and that is where my eyes are... on the sunlit spots that have me daydreaming about outdoor adventuress once more.

Think about colored tights and boots for added funk and warmth.

We all feel like change sometimes.  One of the easiest make-overs ever is to put on clunky jewelry.  I don't know what it is about layering necklaces but I immediately feel like a different person.  I think it's the clanky sound.  I feel like a medicine woman... even if I am dressed in rock glam.  

Summer is almost over.
