Ingredients: 1 3 -4 lb beef brisket. 1 1 ounce envelope onion soup mix. 1 12 ounce can beer. 1 cup water. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 2 tablespoons liquid smoke. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Brisket should be put in the slow cooker. Put onion soup mix, beer, water, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix the ingredients together. Cover the brisket with the mixture. Turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for 8 to 10 hours, or until the meat is tender.
