This was me, would stay away from talking to God (prayer) when I would sin, as if He wasn't already aware lol. Now I just come to Him and confess right away, wont allow the very thing He died for on the cross keep me from Him. He loves us unconditionally and wants that ongoing intimacy. Now, we dont make sin a habit but we know there is forgiveness if and when we do.
