People often suggest a more optimistic way to say goodbye is “see you later”.

But when I really say bye, I mean BYE, most likely not to expect any see you later. There are things in life that you put it to an end phase. As much as you might want them to stay, or that certain person, thing or feeling that you would like to remain (even it’s only a part of it), they are not meant to be there forever.

Not saying that we should completely shut that out of our lives or being very reluctant to see any possible reencounterment. Just, at this very moment, granting a chance and a period to take a break and not be affected by it. Being an individual that is not strong enough, you have to find ways to help yourself. And if it means you have to be harsh once and leave it behind, do so. Because if you allow that person, thing or feeling to keep pulling you back.

Let us collect our courage and say goodbye. As much as you want/thought you want to keep whatever it used to be and continue to feel this way, it’s time to say goodbye. Things are hard in the beinging, let’s admit that but they will eventually work out and be fine. Just the word “eventually” sounds so unassuring but believe it or not, it is true. Besides the help from time, gather our thoughts and courage to take this step can make everything so much easier.
