Yay for not being crazy busy! Aka, I'm back, and for once muse seems to be reasonably cooperative. That's a nice change. Hopefully it lasts.

I haven't tackled drafts yet - drafts are a rather scary pile that I don't really want to face, tbh. I may end up dropping some if necessary, but if anything, I'm more likely to just be very, very slow at getting around to them all. On that note; feel free to send me a message if I've got a thread with you that you'd really like to keep going with, and I'm more likely to get around to it sooner, yep.

Crimson blood stains her skin; and he doesn't want to believe it's true, that she'd hurt anyone— but the smug, satisfied expression on her lips says it all, and oh, he knows perfectly well how she can be cruel. But never like this, right? He's sure he'd never care so much and feel so deeply for anyone more monstrous than himself... and if his worst fears are true, that she's killed and enjoyed it; then that's exactly what she is.

Or perhaps he could break his own rules (he's always been good at doing that), convince himself that she's the sweet,manipulative, doting woman he's always believed her to be.
