“I should do something,” he sighed.  “I’m going to tell her, I think.  I’ll probably have to, I know, I don’t know.  It’s…. complicated.”  He shook his head a little.  “It’s not that I like…. have to watch or anything.  I don’t know.  I guess I just liked giving her things?”  He shrugged a little.  “I just know it’s all gonna crash down around me and I just am not looking forward to it.”

“Yeah, yeah I know it is” He nodded slowly as he took another drink of his coffee.”You know you could’ve given her things in real life too...like built up to that so you didn’t have to hide behind a screen name.” He said softly, “She might be pissed, but the two of you are good friends...it’ll work out eventually. I saw how you two were on the beach, it’ll take a lot of sucking up and probably giving her space but she likes you a lot too”

A soft giggle escaped her as she nodded, a small grin tugging on her lips. “I seem to vaguely remember that yeah, I believe a few of your marks on me were quite visible too.” Pale hues roamed over his face before locking onto his eyes, her gaze much more open and loving when they were alone. “Which I’m excited about, means we don’t have to wait for even hugs or kisses to be behind closed doors…I’m going to take full advantage of that now.” Rea grinned. She nodded along, feigning a thoughtful look as he went on. “You’re absolutely right, seems we get more time after all…” She giggled softly when he pulled her onto his lap, both hands threading through his hair now as she kissed him. Rea rocked her hips a little, smirking to herself at what he’d been hiding beneath the pillow.

“Yes, other things,” Scout’s ears were red, but he pushed forward.  “I don’t know.  We’re like…. we like each other.”  He paused for a moment before slowly nodding.  “Um.  Yeah.  She…. Okay she doesn’t know it’s me or anything but I’ve been watching them for a while, she recognizes my screen name and stuff, and I kind of.  I don’t know.  It’s embarrassing to talk about I realize I’ve been a giant idiot about this entire situation, and I have to tell her, it just sucks.”

Keanu couldn’t help the smirk that pulled at the corner of his mouth when Scout’s ears went red as he continued. “Well yes, that much is obvious” He nodded and cleared his throat. “Maybe...you should sort of...stop watching?” He suggested slowly, not wanting to force any unwanted advice as he sipped his coffee. “You know I’m always here for moral support through whatever happens. But yes, you do need to tell her sooner rather than later...”

The little blonde released a sigh, hand reaching up to tuck a few strands behind her ear as she nodded. “Truth be told, I wanted to elope back in July, as soon as he proposed, but he was adamant we have the big thing. He looks out for me, I suppose.” Of course she was joking, knowing full well that Jaden took care of her when she refused to take care of herself. “I’m notorious for not caring, as you can tell.”

“Well there’s always one out of the two that wants to hurry up and be married” He chuckled. “I was the same way until I realized my side of the family would come after me like an angry mob” he chuckled and shook his head. “This is all great though, a perfect combination of both your personalities” He nodded.

Rea was beaming, every feature bright as she looked back at Keanu, her hand moving to rest on his. They were official and she couldn’t believe it, her brain couldn’t process it being real now. “Good,” She chuckled, eyes moving back to Lei as she smirked at the look they were getting. “Well…” Her voice pitched a little higher as she grinned teasingly, laughing at her boyfriend’s reply. Rea kissed Keanu back with a soft hum, her other hand moving to cup his cheek. Hearing Leilani leave with a close of the door had her chuckling into the kiss, pulling back slightly when he spoke. “Guess we’ll have to keep that in mind for the future, hmm?” She smiled, leaning in to kiss him again. “Might change your name in my phone to ‘Mine’ now not gonna lie, now that I officially can.” The woman murmured, her hand drifting up to thread her fingers in his hair. 

“And maybe I’ll change your contact picture to that one I took...remember..at the beach...you were wearing considerably less than this” He smirked a little, his fingers tucking her hair behind her ear as she ran her fingers through his. “And it’ll make it considerably easier now to not have to hide our gushiness from Leilani” He teased. “Speaking of which....she closed the door for us...and with her headphones on there’s an added barrier of soundproofing there...” He raised a brow, moving the pillow from his lap and pulling her back into it instead.

Reagan nearly choked with laughter when she heard Keanu’s voice change, the fact hat it had also taken him back that much amusing to her. At least she wasn’t alone in it. Had there ever been a time she’d felt called out before this moment, it was absolutely nothing compared to this, her hand slapping over her mouth again to keep from full on laughing at the tree comment. She was already blushing and she didn’t need to add to her problems, especially not knowing how Keanu was going to respond. “Didn’t realize we were that powerful,” Rea joked under her breath, pulling her hand away from her mouth once she was sure she wasn’t going to crack. Hearing his words caused her heart to nearly stop, looking over at him as her eyes brightened and she slowly nodded. “Right.” She grinned, wishing she could kiss him right then. She managed to peel her gaze enough to look at Leilani. “They’re right, its why I’m extra smiley around your daddy.”

As Regan responded he let out a breath he didn’t realize he’d been holding in while waiting for her reply, a grin pulling at his lips to mirror hers before reaching over to place a hand on her thigh. “Good” He murmured softly before looking back at Leilani who was giving them both a weird look now. “Well...you’re not gonna be all kissing and stuff now are you? Because that’s how you spread germs and that’s gross” She made a sound of disgust as she shook her head. “We might. You’ll just have to close your eyes.” He smirked as he leaned over and pressed his lips to Reagan’s, earning a dramatic groan as Leilani finally left the room, pulling the door closed as she went. “Gross! I’m going to my room” She hollered through the door. Laughing as he raised a brow. “Well who knew all we had to do was kiss in front of her to make her flee this whole time” 

Reagan almost bugged out at the question, but knew that if she had to she could show the girl one of her older tattoos…one that wasn’t in such a private spot. “Maybe later, alright love?” She smiled softly. At Keanu’s seemingly more serious tone Rea’s expression sobered a bit, watching the interaction silently. She knew she didn’t, and frankly shouldn’t have anything to add during this, so she just watched it unfold like one of her rehearsals. But she couldn’t help it as Leilani explained her side of the story, the woman’s hand coming up to cover her mouth so she wouldn’t chuckle at it. Lei was reminding her of herself when she was younger in that moment, eyes moving back to see Keanu’s reaction. Was it weird that his dad mode was actually kinda hot? She was settling into the bed a little more when Keanu told her she could leave, Reagan foolishly thinking that was the end of it…until Leilani asked the question that caused the brunette to nearly visibly stiffen. Well damn, she’d asked the question Reagan had been wondering herself. Half of her was genuinely scared about what it might be, something of hope bubbling up inside her at the possibility of what he might say. Biting down on her bottom lip, her eyes snapped to the god of a man beside her, extremely curious what his response would be.

With his daughter’s question, Keanu visibly stiffened up, swallowing hard as it seemed like his mouth had dried up. “Why do you ask?” His voice was a few octaves higher than usual before he cleared his throat a little. “Well Megan said that her Mom was talking to her aunt and they were saying that she is. Because Miss O’Riley always is extra smiley when you come in and then she said something about Miss O’Riley climbing trees” Leilani shrugged and threw her backpack over her shoulder as she stood there with her arms crossed waiting for an answer. “I didn’t realize we were the gossip of the kids now too” He murmured under his breath before running a hand through his hair. “Well...Uh...I guess then....yeah.” He nodded slowly, cautiously looking over at Reagan. “Right?”

Deciding that her hair was a bit too messy, Reagan started braiding it to the side, smiling at the young girl easily as she raced to come up with a reason. “My tattoo that your daddy gave me felt funny, so I asked if I could have him check it out.” Rea said seamlessly, wondering-no praying-it would be enough to satisfy Leilani. At the next question she sighed a little, it was an easier answer to come up with. “On the way here I accidentally spilled my water all over my shirt, so he was kind enough to offer me one of his.” The question to Keanu had her chuckling to herself, biting her bottom lip to muffle it. Ever the curious one. “We aren’t today but we should definitely plan to go sometime!” She smirked. Blue eyes caught his look and she flashed him a soft smile quickly, before turning her attention back to the girl. 

“You gotta new tattoo? What is it? Can I see?” Leilani bounced on her toes at the end of Keanu’s bed, looking back and forth between the two of them. As Keanu cleared is throat she stopped her bouncing and shrugged. “You didn’t answer the question, what are you doing home early?” He raised a brow now suspicious of her evading the question. “Well you see....it wasn’t my fault...but we were playing dodgeball and Megan threw the ball through her window and it broke so her mom got real mad, and then got real quiet and said she was bringing me home” Keanu ran a hand over his face. “Looks like I’m chipping in for that repair.” He grumbled before looking at her faux innocent expression. “And I suppose dodgeball wasn’t your idea at all...right?” He raised a brow as she seemed to shrink a little. “Just as I thought, go on, take your stuff in your room, I’ll let you take your laptop too, but wear your headphones if you’re gonna have your music on” He shook his head, he could only hear the Moana soundtrack so many times. That seemed to be a good enough answer for her as she grinned and bent to scoop up her discarded backpack while she headed to the door, pausing as she almost left the room. “Daddy...is Miss O’Riley your girlfriend?”

“I can confirm you’re good with much more than just your hands,” Rea chuckled, moaning softly at his hands in her hair. She didn’t know what it was about it but she loved when he did that. Her lips moved over the tattoos on his skin, lips finally brushing against the skin above his hemline. “Ah so what I’m hearing is you want to fuck me in front of the parents hmm? Kinky, I like it.” She grinned against his skin, her fingers moving to tease below his pants, not quite unbuttoning them just yet. 

At first she froze when she heard the door click, then the next moment it was like she couldn’t move quick enough, like her movements were slowed. “So I see that if we mention her she shows up, we’ll have to remember that for next time.” She joked. Right about now she was thankful she hadn’t gone quicker, catching the shirt when he tossed it. Hurriedly putting it on, Reagan practically leaped to sit next to Keanu on the bed…nope nothing going on here, just Rea looking like she was wearing a dress instead of a man’s shirt. “Hey Lei, did you have fun at your friend’s house?” The brunette smiled, combing her fingers through her mussed up hair courtesy of the man beside her. 

Keanu attempted to smooth his own hair out as he watched his daughter bound into his room and stand at the end of his bed. “Miss O’Riley! What are you doing here?” the excitement was evident in her voice as she grinned widely at the two of them “Why are you wearing Daddy’s shirt?” She cocked her head to the side as she looked to her father. “And Daddy where is your shirt?” her eyes narrowed at him. “You told me we weren’t going to the pool are you going to go to the pool?” He let out a breath of laughter as he shook his head. “No princess I spilled coffee on it...so I was going to change it.” He said quickly with a shrug. “And what are you doing home early?” He shot an apologetic look to Reagan. 

Half of the time, the only reason Reagan didn’t give in so easily, was due solely to the fact that a good amount of Keanu’s teasing was done when he came to pick Leilani up from rehearsals. The kids a little ways away was enough to keep her from breaking right then and there, when her mind started running wild with all of the dirty thoughts he put there. Thank god for the kids eh?

Fuck did that grin of his send an electric shock through her, one that made her heart skip a beat. “I was hoping so, you’re so good with your hands.” She replied huskily, smirking when his hands landed on her hips, the action causing her buck them again. “Oh? Care to expand on that Keke? Or do you want me to keep going with what I’m doing…” Rea hummed, looking up at him as she continued her trail of kisses and bites lower. “Well I can’t help it, not when you look at me like you want to take me right there in front of the parents.” She chuckled. 

“I’m a man of many talents, what can I say. I’ve heard my hands aren’t the only things I’m good with” He smirked as his fingers moved to brush through her hair slowly. a groan rippling through him at the movement of her hips. “Hmm I’m quite content with what you’re doing right now...” He raised a brow as she looked up at him. “The only reason I don’t is my own daughter...” He snorted and cleared his throat as he raked his fingers through her hair again. “Keep going” He murmured

Just as he was settling back against his pillows ready to let Reagan have her way he heard the click of the front door opening. “Fuck”  He sat up a little, glancing around for Reagan’s shirt. “She was supposed to be gone for a few more hours” he muttered, giving up on finding her shirt and tossing his to her. “Daddy?” He heard Leilani’s footsteps getting closer as he panickedly grabbed a pillow and placed it over his lap. “Hey Princess” He huffed out with a forced grin as the girl rounded the corner into his room.

carnage continued around them , but those that knew the male knew better than to just blindly shoot at him . although he didn’t look it thanks to his new physical extension the groom-to-be was still disabled , and therefore was treated a little like he could break at any minute . “ the balls or the paint ?? “ jaden joked , a wink punctuating his words as they engaged in ceasefire conversation. . “ i can’t imagine my future wife would be too overjoyed , but what happens at the bachelor party taus at the bachelor party , right ?? “

Keanu laughed loudly, shaking his head. “Pick your poison” He smirked and stood up straight to look around for a moment before ducking back in his place. “Probably best to keep it from the missus for now, maybe on your first anniversary you can just throw it out there all casually” He nodded. “I don’t even really remember my own, but that was a life time ago it seems like now”

“I know; we did talk about it and stuff, but in the moment it felt like a punch in the gut.”  He paused.  “We’ve…. done other things.”  He started slowly, nodding in thanks at the barista.  “I know; that’s what I’m trying to balance, and it’s why I don’t want to have sex with her yet.  I feel like if I do and then confess by the way I’ve watched just about every cam show you’ve ever done, she’s going to feel like sex is the only reason I like her, and that’s not true at all,”

“Other things?” he raised a brow and smirked before lifting his drink to his lips. “Yeah, I get where you’re coming from, and yeah not the best timing for that announcement, I think it’d piss her off a lot if you go saying it after the fact” He ran his hand over his jaw slowly. “You still watching her shows? Even now after hanging out with her in real life and all?”

“I’ve heard candy bars are also really popular these days,” she interjected politely, her thick brows raised in amusement. In reality, Ezra was glad the slushie machine was such a hit, the mixture thrown together herself that morning so she could make sure it was just how Jaden liked it. “Honestly? I forgot all about those traditions in the planning process. But now that you pointed it out, I feel very accomplished, so thank you for that.”

“I think it’s easy to forget about all of that when you have your mind on a million other things. I think my wife had forgotten about it until five minutes before the ceremony, then all her bridesmaids were scrambling to find things that fit” He laughed softly. “Of course, though even if you had this wedding is a grand accomplishment in itself”

“It was… I don’t want to say awkward, that’s not quite right.  She thought I would have been invited, but I don’t know the who getting married.”  He chewed on his lower lip.  “Well; it felt like she was lying, I guess.  That she just was waiting for a time to convince me that it was time to have sex.  And I do want to have sex with her, but I havent’ been 100% honest with her about…. the fact that I did know about her.  Before I ran into her at the record store,”

“I don’t think that she was lying, I think she just really does like you and maybe she’s worried you’re not actually interested in her since you haven’t made more moves towards sex?” He ran a hand along his jaw and nodded slowly. “I think the longer you wait to let her know the worse off you’re gonna be...but at the same time you need to make it clear that you’re not interested in her because of that” He smiled at the barista as she brought their drinks over
