I didn’t pre-plot anything with anyone, so if you’d like to plot anything - feel free to DM me and we can get something going!
Train conductor for some of the lines spreading across Spirale! ...or at least, he was.
Ingo was in an accident where he suffered a severe blow to the head, which wound up giving him severe amnesia. He didn’t forget everything, but a decent chunk of his early-life memories were gone.
What was supposed to be a temporary break from acting as a conductor turned more permanent as he began going through therapy to try and help recover some of his missing memories.
...thankfully, he has friends and family in Spirale that made recovery a lot easier! Sure is nice to be around familiar faces and people in a situation like this.
Ingo started spending more time outside and away from work, picking up new hobbies like journaling and photography to help keep track of anything he remembered, and anything he wanted to remember in the future in the case of him forgetting something again - which is a lingering fear he has.
Through this, he grew to have more of an interest in history and related subjects, as well as just a newfound general appreciation for nature and outdoor related hobbies.
Officially retired from his position as a conductor, but still rides the trains a lot and has a very deep appreciation for them. Also a lot of trivia facts!
Now works at Spirale University as a Cultural Anthropology professor. There’s a lot of comfort he finds in remembering the peoples and cultures of the past, and passing on that wisdom.
He’s not in a relationship, but he does have a grey and black cat named Lady that he takes care of...though she really helps take care of him, too. She wears a purple collar with a little yellow tag.
Doesn’t have a lot of his memories back, but he’s learned to be okay with that. He’s happy to make new ones with the people he cares about.
Still super into photography and journaling.
You can find him taking walks around Cotes a lot, or just hanging out in the library!
...and yes, he’s still a train aficionado. He’s happy to share facts, trivia, history; whatever you want to know, anytime.
