One-tenth of a second. That’s how long it takes a stranger to determine your authority, trustworthiness, or likability based largely on how you look.
How you look and how you dress, matters. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Accepting this fact can be an incredibly valuable opportunity; for those who choose to use it wisely. Dressing well is an extraordinary resource that every woman can use to facilitate living her very best life. It’s only logical to use it.
You can instantly improve your self-perception and performance simply by changing your clothes. We consciously and subconsciously tie the connotations of our clothing, to ourselves; by way of them being (even temporarily) a part of us. Clothes have a real power to make us feel frumpy, lazy, or less than smart; and equally so, sexy, powerful, professional, glamorous, smart, feminine, or dare I say beautiful.
Dressing well gets you treated better, and could even get you free stuff.
But why does it matter what other people think of you anyway? Well, because on a subconscious level, we treat people based on our perceptions of them. It’s in your best interest to be perceived well. It’s therefore important to dress how you want to be addressed.
Dressing well makes you more likely to get a promotion, catch the eye of that cutie in Whole Foods, or get even a free upgrade on your next flight
Our brains quickly draw relevant conclusions based on face value, until we have an opportunity to obtain more information conversation, body language, etc. How you’re dressed is one of the only pieces of relevant information the world has from which to judge you. Are you a friend or foe? Do you have status or authority? Are you trustworthy, competent, or likable? By dressing with intention and dressing well, you have a powerful opportunity to skew first (and ongoing) impressions in your favour.

I believe that understanding the ins and outs of managing our finances is essential in our quest for leveling up in life. After all, what good is achieving our dreams if we're not equipped with the knowledge and tools to sustain and grow our success? So how did I do it?
1. Living with parents while in school
While I had the advantage of fewer bills to pay, I still encountered challenges in managing my finances effectively. In the past, I used to blow money like it was nothing, with little to no savings to show for it. However, recognizing the opportunity to change my habits, I embarked on a journey of financial education, starting with reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. Over the course of 6-12 months, I diligently saved and invested most of my income, laying the groundwork for my financial future. This disciplined approach not only helped me build a healthy relationship with money but also demonstrated to the bank that I was responsible and capable of handling a credit card. It was only after this period of financial growth and learning that I felt confident enough to apply for my first credit card. After being rejected 3 times prior!
2. Become Delusional as F**k
The biggest change in my relationship with money came when I realized that it's not inherently bad; I have a good relationship with money, and money works for me—this is my reality i lived in even during the times I was broke. I remained delusional in my belief that financialsuccess for me was attainable, and remarkably, it worked. This perspective empowered me to view money as a tool for creating wealth rather than something to fear. I learned to use a credit card to work for me, not as a slave to debt, and discovered how to leverage debt to make more money. This shift in mindset helped me overcome financial fears and embrace opportunities for growth.

How to make a credit card work for you
Keep Low Credit Utilization:
Aim to keep your credit card balances low relative to your credit limits. This utilization ratio should ideally be below 30%, with lower percentages being even better. High credit utilization can negatively impact your credit score.
Pay On Time, DONT MISS PAYMENTS
Consistently paying your credit card bills on time is crucial for maintaining a high credit score. Late payments can significantly damage your credit score and stay on your credit report for years.

The length of your credit history is an essential factor in determining your credit score. Keeping old credit card accounts open, even if you're not actively using them, can help lengthen your credit history and improve your score.

Reviewing your credit report allows you to identify any errors or inaccuracies that could be negatively impacting your score. You're entitled to a free credit report from each of the major credit bureaus—Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion—once every 12 months.

In 2022, we'd be inundated with podcasts and social media comments describing how women should behave and act. This is especially true when it comes to dating.Everyone has suddenly become a relationship expert, and most are unqualified.
I never claimed to be an expert when it came to femininity or dating. I’ve just been sharing what I learned over the years in hopes that it helps you ladies along your journey. When taking advice online I find it best to take everything with a grain of salt. No one person has all the answers (myself included).

If you’re taking dating advice then make sure that the person giving the advice is qualified. If that is not even in an LT relationship, married, or divorced (b/c they were formerly in one) then there’s a high likelihood this person has no idea what it takes to sustain a relationship
Does this person have the lifestyle I aspire to have?
Now, everything looks good via social media, but even if a person takes nice pictures in nice locations are they always alone? And is that the lifestyle you too aspire to have? If not, then consider that when listening to said person
Is this person's view realistic or idealistic?
Everyone loves to talk about limiting beliefs when it comes to manifesting your dream partner, and I will agree this is a factor when going after what you want in life. However, you need discernment because there is a difference between something realistic and within reach and something that is just a fantasy.
It is up to you to seek out the information and then filter what is useful and how to incorporate it into your life. All advice ain’t good advice. Always keep in mind: just because someone calls themselves a relationship expert doesn’t mean they are!

Reinventing simply means identifying patterns, values, or activities that no longer serve you and changing them for better options. It can involve external characteristics, like job, hobbies, appearance, relationships, and location. True reinvention also happens inside, in how you think and behave. It will be different for everybody, which is what makes it so powerful.
Reasons to reinvent yourself
There are many reasons why you might find yourself craving self-reinvention. Ultimately, it’s a sign that you are seeking change in some area of your life. Here are some possible reasons why it could be time for you to start reinventing yourself.
You’re stuck in a rut. Being stuck means you feel like you’ve stagnated in some way. This feeling of languish could be because of a static relationship, tiresome job, or lack of general inspiration.
You’re seeking fulfillment out of life. Wanting to reinvent yourself could come from your desire for personal fulfillment and deeper meaning and purpose in your activities and how you spend your time. This need for self-improvement tends to happen when we acknowledge how much time we’ve wasted on things that don’t bring us joy or meaning.
You need a change. There doesn’t always have to be an exact reason why you crave self-reinvention. It could be that it is simply time for a seasonal shift to occur in your life. From a new haircut to breaking up with your toxic partner, change is a natural thing to desire.
5 steps for reinventing yourself
1. Start with self-understanding and self-awareness
One of the first steps you can take towards reinventing yourself is self-awareness. This means actively assessing your situation and what you would like to achieve. Contemplate your current position in life and what brought you to where you are now. Think about what you’d like to achieve in the next five years and where you would like to be in the future.
2. Define your core values
One really useful practice is defining your core values. It will be much easier to make positive changes if you know exactly what they look like and why you want them. Use these core values to create a personal vision statement that will orient you toward how you want to reinvent yourself.
3. Ask yourself what you want to change
Everybody wants something that they do not have. But chasing after what you don’t have is only worth it if you’ve deeply considered what it is you really want and why. Take a moment to yourself and ponder what is missing from your life. Where/who do you want to be, and what constructive changes can you make?
4.Be honest with yourself
Being honest with yourself can force you to deal with some hard truths that are uncomfortable to acknowledge. This makes it all the more important. Lying to yourself will only hold you back from personal development.
5. Surround yourself with the right people
The type of people that you surround yourself with has the power to either lift you up or bring you down. Make sure that the people around you are kind, honest, and want what is best for you in life. They will encourage you to do the right thing and keep you grounded.
Reinventing yourself means discovering yourself
Reinventing yourself doesn’t necessarily have to be a complete overhaul of who you are as a person. It should be about recognizing your values and living your life as your authentic self.
Whether your goals involve a new career, moving to the countryside, or finally learning to love yourself, self-reinvention is a quintessential part of life. It is also a lifelong journey.

PART I: Taking Care of Your Body
Yoni Steam: Yoni steaming, vaginal steaming or v-steam, is an age-old natural remedy which has been said to cleanse the vagina and uterus, regulate menstruation, ease period cramps and several health benefits. Body Care: On Sunday I love to spend time on body care. Beyond, just the regular soap cleansing. I use a foot & body scrub to maintain my smooth skin. You can opt for a bath soak or shower gel in your favourite fragrance and enjoy every moment of how these products feel on your skin. Once you’re out of the bathroom, apply your favourite body oil to lock in your glow.

Move your body: Put on your favourite playlist and have a private dance party in your room.
Part II: Taking Care of Your Mind and Soul
Feed your mind with positive information: Pay attention to what you’re consuming on the internet. Use this period to listen to podcasts while performing your body care routine or watch YouTube videos on self-care topics. If you're looking for podcasts to add to your listening list CLICK HERE
Meditate: Meditation helps to calm your mind and put you in a state of mindfulness. You can opt for a guided meditation on YouTube or use an application like Calm or Headspace.
Write down your affirmations: Affirmations are a powerful tool for manifesting what you want in your life. Say them, write them down and chant them, sing them, recite them till you believe them. Click here to read my top 5 level-up affirmations.
Set your intentions for the week: Mentally state the intentions you have for the coming week or if it makes you feel better, write them in your journal or planner. Your intentions are about you, how you want to touch the lives of others and what you want to contribute to society. They help guide how your day or week will go. Examples are: “I intend to make people smile each day of this week” and “I commit myself to healthy eating.”
