Strange question but bear with us...
Do you treat mythical Pokemon as deities or just like regular Pokemon?
(Some of these mythicals seem deity or demigod-like. Others might feel like just a regular Pokemon that Gamefreak made hard to get for promotional reasons, or to make their sparkly card more valuable.
We've seen a bit of both - sometimes all mythicals are treated as lesser gods, other times mythicals can wander treasure town and nobody bats an eye. How does YOUR story work?)
Mythical Pokemons in my story really vary abt who is it, if it's Arceus anyone who hasn't had to deal with space-time shenanigans would be like 《 :0!? Oh MY, it's arceus! 》 and instantly be giving their respect [or fear] because he's the creator of universe, they could be reshaped into any thing that can be done with matter; Magearna (exists thanks for the existen of tons of Meltans who united one with another to evolve into Melmetal, who's known to be able to create metal, and with the help of a very stubborn pokemon into create them) is more line an (unwilling) celebrity by being the first 'artificially-born' pokemon, not that she really gives it attention, Location-based mons (like Diancie on the underground, Volcanion of faraway mountains or Manaphy on the deepest of the ocean) tend to stay more on their homes, wheter they're recognized varies on the myths shared between inhabitabts of the towns across the world, some others walk freely around places with no one batting an eye, Like Zeraora, Hoppa and Mew (The latter is because they just pass as any random pokemon while Hoppa pops in and out across places, it has become too many times it doesn't bother anyone anymore, and zeraora...m let's just say that he has something to do along the lines of exploration teams)... the last one who has some significant difference from getting reactions would be Darkrai, he has a well known bad reputation (made by Cresselia in this story), told along the lines that he makes nightmares and eat the dreams so mons could never dream once again [he creates nightmares and actually send them directly to cresselia just to annoy her], if he ever wants to be around others, it would be after taking posession of some other mon's body and hope for them to walk to everyplace he wants, but if (most of) everyone saw him floating around, they'll be running for the lifes in hopes to not be cursed
