Cant stand my older two nieces fighting all the time its so fucking frustrating. I feel like im wasting my time

Sometimes I think im ok with still living here but then other times im like hmm I need to get the fuck out of here how have I not accomplished moving out yet and I feel pathetic for it

I really cant stand the kitchen smelling the way it does its so gross I want to cry. I hate this dog so so much
