So this lady had ordered a number 4 but she didn’t want the drink. So I ring her up for just the sandwich and fry. She gets to my window and demands I give her a pie in place of the drink. I try to explain that she wasn’t charged for a drink so I can’t give her a pie. She calls me a brat who doesn’t understand money. I again tell her that she will have to buy a pie. She demands to see the manager who gives this lady what she wants and makes me give her two because I caused her issue. They completely missed the point of how we just have her free shit when she didn’t even order the drink to be in place of something. Not only that we get yelled at for giving out free shit and our food cost goes up and they give out free shit all the damn time and then yell at us for doing their shit.

Watch: The contrast is clear, but the amount of love in the video is overwhelming.
