1. He is a complex character!

From the very beginning he is depicted as a very carefree happy character, but when it comes to volleyball he will do anything even if undesirable.

Like work together with his rival

Even when this is what he has to deal with

2. He doesn’t give up easy.

Even when he knows that his team (middle school) is very unskilled he still has faith.

He has a fighting spirit even when the odds are against him

3. He doesn't’t let his height stop him.

Hinata of course is very short, but he can jump.

He is capable of evading blockers that are 20cm even 40cm taller than he is 

4. His relationship with his teammates.

Even though he is the least skilled on the team, and most of his skill is derived from Kageyama he is still accepted and enjoys being on the team regardless of this fact, because he knows that with this team he will grow

5. His relationship with Kageyama

Their relationship is very complex to say the least.

Because while they are ex-rivals and things like this happen

In which Hinata treats Kageyama as less than a hated ex-rival and more like a friend
